Fantastic experience: Have been at Sozo gym for 4 months and it’s the best decision I’ve made I’m already halfway to achieving my goals Adam and Ben are very professional and give you every bit of support to help you achieve your goals I couldn’t ask for anyone better appreciate it all!!

Fantastic experience: Have been a member for the last 8 months and love coming to sozo gym! Really friendly atmosphere where no one takes themselves too seriously but everyone is driven by similar goals. Supportive coaching Adam and Ben are there when you need them and push you when you can give a little more. Individual workout plans change every 4 weeks so never gets boring. Look forward to my sessions as I work from home most days so good to have a good chat with the regular faces for the social aspect too. Would really recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've only been with Sozo for 3 weeks but I am already blown away by the indepth knowledge and expertise of both Adam and Ben. I already feel like I am going to achieve everything I have set out to do as I have them both there to teach and guide me on correct exercises, techniques, diet and nutrition throughout my program. The tailored workouts help keep me accountable and on the right track. I would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone as they will personalise their offer to all. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Sozo Gym for the last 9 months and it has been the perfect place to rehab from injury. The gym has all the equipment you need to achieve your goals. The PT's are friendly and motivating and they have created a lovely community of likeminded people. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Never managed to be regular with a gym before sozo. The evolving custom plans, encouraging PTs, like-minded people who prioritise and invest in their health. It's a little community, and nothing feels intimidating thanks to this support system. I look forward to the gym now after a long day in work to help me reset and undo the damage from sitting at a desk all day ‍♀️
