Fantastic experience: Great old school gym with superb equipment. No influencers filming, no attitude and no weights left laying around on the floor. A very positive place to train and develop. I've been in Birmingham for 20 years and this is easily the best all round gym I've been to.

Not too busy at most times never have to wait around for equipment. Always clean and rarely broken down machines plus excellent value for money. Whether you want a friendly chat or to just keep your headphones on and crack on this place is perfect for you.

Fantastic experience: Just needed a month membership while I train for a job next door. Discount for ladies which is great, membership sign up straightforward ane the staff are really friendly. There wasnt any other women in at that time, but its not a moody gym everyone seems friendly. Lots of equipment and cardio, no womens changing or lockers but I take my bag round with me anyway. Overall I like it and will use again in the future
