Fantastic experience: I love this gym! The owners are class, Paul and Gareth are always willing to give advice. The equipment is great and the playlist is always on point.

Fantastic experience: Excellent range of equipment, has always been the best gym in the UK for many years. Staff are great. Very friendly and always go the extra mile to help. Excellent range of equipment for strength and body building. The local physical trainers, Dan is very knowledgeable. Worth booking a few session. Other members are also friendly and I have never feel intimidated. Price is also still cheapest, for individual sessions and also monthly. Great family deals based on number of members. Staff are frequently cleaning, which is great. In my opinion it's the best gym I've been too, and that's a lot, as I travel for work.

Positive experience: The Gym is small and at peak times you can find yourself struggling to get on equipment, staff are friendly and helpful however which makes up for their size. What the gym could do with is relocating to a bigger property, as they have a great customer base that would no doubt grow even more if it wasn't for the limiting size of the gym.

Fantastic experience: My local gym (it's my huge dumbbell that sits under the rack). Gareth and Paul Parkman, owners, are two of the nicest guys to own a gym. The fact that the gym has a great range of basic kit, dumbbells to 90-kilos, 6 bits of cardio equipment and costs £2.20 a session (if you pay a £15.00 annual fee) as well as stocking a great range of good supplements just adds to the 5 star review. Mention my name and who knows, you might even get a free coffee like I do!!
