Fantastic experience: Great gym, reasonable prices and lovely staff

Fantastic experience: Very nervous in first visit. A trainer called Chelsea showed me around the gym. She helped and put me at ease by talking to me about what my aim was. Did I just want to tone, strengthen or lose weight. I told her how my journey had gone so far and that I was finding the last 14lbs difficult to lose. We discussed calorific content, she was happy with what I allowed myself saying it was sustainable and a good amount. Chelsea then introduced me to the equipment, showing me how they were used. She helped me to position myself properly and watched my progress. I really enjoyed my induction visit and enjoy attending the gym. My confidence is building and I am seeing slight changes in my body.

Positive experience: My new happy place, not as spacious as their Birstall gym, but has (in my opinion) better equipment. A lot of the equipment at Birstall looks like it's from Muscle Beach, where the equipment at Brighouse less intimidating. Although it has a car park it's small and a little distance away hence - one star.

Fantastic experience: Been training at MP Brighouse for seven months and I can't recommend it highly enough. Fantastic staff, all helpful, patient and friendly who take time to listen and help, they genuinely care about their clients and encourage them to achieve their goals. The gym is incredibly well equipped, well maintained and impeccably clean. MP Fitness has played a huge part not only physical health and fitness but also mental health too. Absolutely amazing gym.

Fantastic experience: Good size gym, with numerous workout machines, treadmills, stair climbs, everything you need including plenty free weights, room to stretch and also do various classes in the gym, staff seem supportive and friendly and there seems to be no huge egos training there, with a good age mix and fitness levels. Very reasonably priced as well.

Fantastic experience: I have updated my review. I'm not sure why I only gave it 4 stars 2 years ago. I have been using this gym for over 2 years and I love the place. Its easily 5 stars, never had a bad experience here, the staff are great and the gym users all seem to be there to get on with getting fit.

Fantastic experience: MPFit Brighouse has the perfect environment for working out. Whether you want to lift heavy of hit up some cardio this gym has pretty much everything. The staff are super friendly and are happy to help out if you need them. All in all this gym caters for everyone from strength athletes to folk who want to get fitter and healthier. I highly recommend this gym for people of all abilities.

Fantastic experience: MPFIT has completely changed my life. I have been a member for over a year now and I can hand on heart say that joining this gym was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life. I had no confidence to set foot in a gym as I had gained a lot of weight and was at a point in my life where my fitness level was non-existent. I hired a personal trainer from MPFIT and my entire physique and mindset has changed as a direct result. Richard, the manager, is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The staff that work here are inspiring, kind and always helpful. I have never felt so at home at any gym in the past. If you’re looking for somewhere to get inspired, get fit and healthy WITHOUT feeling intimidated or ashamed of where you are in your fitness journey then join here! :)

Fantastic experience: I joined Mpfit in August after a weeks free trial. Enjoyed the classes so much and felt totally at ease attending on my own, which as a 50 something female was quite a daunting step! However I needn't have worried at all, the staff are really friendly and welcoming and the classes are brilliant , I can feel a real difference in my fitness levels thanks to the the dedicated team of instructors Katrina

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and friendly staff. My only real gripe is the showers in the gents changing rooms take an age to get warm - not ideal when you’re on your lunch and need to get back to work quick time. It’s a minor thing though as I don’t choose my gym for the shower facilities.

Fantastic experience: Started 7day free trial and was so impressed I just paid upfront for the year. The staff are great, really approachable and helpful. Large variety of classes but they currently do not do any MMA sessions. I also feel that they should be more options for Friday evenings as the current class they do offer at 5:30pm lacks motivation. Great gym overall.
