Chapel Gym

Fantastic experience: This is the perfect local gym. There's a great variety of equipment and classes to suit every person's interest and level in their fitness. There's always a trainer on site who's knowledgeable & keen to advise and encourage the members in their training and I've found this particularly invaluable.

Fantastic experience: The Chapel Gym team came to our rescue to host the Wheathampstead Toddler Group and provide storage for our toys during renovations at the Memorial Hall. The team gave us a warm welcome and were consistently helpful and flexible to our needs as we sort to create an inviting space for families and children in Wheathampstead. We were particularly impressed with how hard they worked to transform the facilities around us including a well equipped kitchen, new toilets and baby change facilities. The ample car park and proximity to the village centre was also very helpful. The hall is ideal for group activities and parties and we were able to host one of our most successful children's dance parties at Christmas. Thank you for looking after us so well. Fantastic experience: The gym has a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and I believe people of all ages and ability will feel comfortable here, including those going to a gym for the first time. There is a wide range of equipment and classes, and the manager, Stuart is very knowledgeable and is an excellent instructor. The gym is great value for money and I think it is an excellent addition to the village community and I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I have just joined The Chapel Gym, and feel very welcome whenever I have been. I had a good induction on how to use the equipment and have joined a few classes which have made me work hard and keep me motivated to the end. Just had a great HITT class this morning so would highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining a gym.
