Fantastic experience: Been working with Dan and Karol for 3 months now, working on nutrition and working in the gym 3 times a week and I'm am down 2 trouser sizes and 7.5kg's / 16.5lbs. Highly recommend using them if you are 40 and over and looking to loose some weight or just want to get fit, would definitely say give Men's Hub a go
Fantastic experience: Amazing - Karol and Dan have the perfect balance of pushing vs encouraging. With the meal plan I am achieving my goal of losing my belly but more importantly enjoying it and feeling stronger. Rearrange my week so I can get there three times. 5 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: What a gym! I originally attended the Wimbledon Strength Club, throughout January (2019) as part of their 21 Day Challenge Program. Thanks to Coach Dan's patience, expertise and motivation, along with the eating plan, I lost 5kgs of weight during the challenge period. I liked it so much, I've continued my membership! A big thank you to Jon, Dan and all of the fellow members of the Iron Body Tribe for helping me to restore some much needed confidence in myself.
Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Wimbledon Strength Club for over 18 months - there isn't anywhere else where you get the level of training, workout with likeminded people and just get an all round vibe of camaraderie. If you are wondering if its for you, then it probably is - the level of 1-2-1 tuition you'll get with the same trainers week in and week out is unsurpassed and those skills will set you up for a life of fitness after this. Don't worry if you haven't lifted weights before or even if you're nursing an injury (most of us have at some point) as the guys know how to work around that and you'll never be expected to do anything you don't feel comfortable. The focus is on safe form - not go as heavy as you can to failure - leave that for the trainers at the chain gyms! If you are serious about wanting to change, then arrange to have a chat with the guys about it - you never know - like most of us, you'll find its one of the best decisions you'll make. And the rest of us are a pretty friendly bunch of guys and you'll fit in just fine (in case you are worried about that - I was!)

Fantastic experience: If you want results this is the ‘real deal’ of a gym. Everything is done in small groups with laser focus on technique but you are given enough personal attention to feel pushed to your limit after every session. Very supportive members which helps. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: What makes this experience unique is that it is a very supportive environment, not just from those running it but your fellow members. This instills the belief that you can up the ante and go beyond your previously conceived limits. The gym is much more than just lifting as much as possible. It is about developing a proper exercise regimen ensuring the correct technique and dietary plans are followed. John watches closely each individual's progress and provides the right words of encouragement and intervention if necessary. But above all this is a fun place. You look forward to each session. If you are at an age where you feel past your physical peak and are tired of the pretensions of a commercial gym then an Iron Body workout is for you.

Fantastic experience: Refreshingly different from other gyms. Small group training in a regular time slot that means you get the attention of personal trainer in a small, supportive group - and without the trainer standing around looking at their phone while you work out. Jon, the owner, bends over backwards to accommodate changes of time slot when life gets in the way - and will gently, but firmly get on your case if you don't show up. The camaraderie and attitude is fantastic of everyone who trains at the gym is fantastic. It really doesn't matter what sex, size, shape, colour, sexuality or creed you are. It doesn't matter what you can or can't lift. All that matters is that you turn up and make an effort. Less a "tribe" and more a family.
Fantastic experience: I can honestly say this gym and the coaching are second to none. This is not a corporate gym, but it is a place concerned with good technique, support and mentoring. The tribe is a family of like-minded individuals who share results and inspire each other. It's like no other gym I've been to.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic Training and Great guys. Its not a cold gym where people lift their weights and keep to themselves. But where you are all mates getting fitter and having a great time doing it. Which is why you come back again and again and see the results. All whilst underpinned with spot on tuition for correct lifting form & technique.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic atmosphere and Jon is extremely helpful and forthcoming with advice on nutrition and training methods. He has given me so much more confidence in myself these past few months.
Fantastic experience: Best decision I have made in ages! I have been training with Jon since October last year, after years of being sedentary. I had pretty much lost the discipline and mind-set to do physically tough things, but with Jon’s guidance and the support of the tribe I am now in a much better place. Fantastic experience: I have trained in many different gyms over the years without the progress i have desired... that all changed when i joined the Iron Body Tribe! Jon has fixed my technique in many ways so that i get the most out of each of the movements & progress is definitely being made! All (& i really do mean ALL) the guys you train with are amazing, supportive & encouraging... this is what sets this gym out from all the others. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic experience: I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up for Jon's 4 week challenge. I've absolutely loved the whole experience so far. Jon is a top bloke and what he doesn't know isn't worth knowing. There's none of this drill seargent shouting and yelling just loads of encouragement from Jon and everyone else in the tribe. This isn't a fad gym and there are no gimmicks it's a real deal gym for genuine people looking for the best they can be.
Fantastic experience: Best training environment I have seen so far! I joined in June last year and the progress has been incredible. My aim was to get fitter and I have achieved much more than I thought I ever would. I feel as fit as when I was 20! the environment is good fun and motivating. Thanks Jon!
Fantastic experience: Jon is probably the most knowledgeable and effective personal trainer I've ever met. He cares about giving you results, he's been through it all and makes sure you have what you need to succeed, whether it's information, assistance, or motivation. Plus, he's always a good laugh! I can't recommend him highly enough!
Fantastic experience: Great coaching from a seriously good personal trainer, he's not only helped me get strong physically but mentally too and the Tribe has developed into a great social group and life for me, great guys great fun, very highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I've been working out with Jon and the Iron Body Tribe since he opened the gym in August last year. When i started i was eating incorrectly, overweight, had no real physical strength and had never lifted weights before. Since then, i've dropped from 34" to 32" waist (I'm down 1.5 st at the time of writing!), increased strength significantly, grown my understanding of proper nutrition and develop a far more positive approach to the gym and life in general. It's been very hard work, but i've hardly noticed that because of the fun we have doing it. It's made a world of difference to me and those around me; in my work and personal life. I'd recommend anyone who's looking to make some serious changes, and have a ton of fun along the way, to drop Jon a line. You will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: Had problems with technique on a couple of lifts which Jon quickly sorted out and like most people I didn't like cardio but I was shown some quick and fun ways to get the cardio done. Really knows his stuff and is a good guy. Can't wait for my next session.
