Fantastic experience: You won't find anywhere better. Top tier academy from the equipment to the owner and instructors. I joined over a year ago and learned so much in such a short amount of time. Couldn't recommend it more.

Fantastic experience: My 14-year-old daughter was looking for an activity in addition to her football and we came across Astons Kick-boxing.It has turned out to be a great decision, it’s a professional friendly club run by the owner Chris and his team. As well as the physical aspect, Chris promotes positivity and actively aims to build confidence. She absolutely loves it and looks forward to going every week. She has already found benefits in her football too, fitness levels are improving and lighter on her feet, I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: My grandson George has been attending since last summer. To begin with he found it very difficult to be with 'strangers' as he struggles with his confidence. But Chris noticed this and after a chat arranged for him to have 1-2-1 sessions with Ben. He loves these times and has already passed 2 gradings and it's helped with his confidence.

Fantastic experience: At Astons since I started I have absolutely loved it. Chris is such a good coach and remains calm and explains everything to you in a way that can be understood. Great coach and a great atmosphere too.

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves her sessions as Aston’s kick-boxing academy so much so she has now asked to do 3 days a week! It’s a fun and active learning environment and Chris and Ben do a fantastic job with the kids, my daughter is a very hyper child and this really gives her a positive way to channel her energy and helps with learning self discipline, whilst growing her confidence and kick-boxing abilities.

Fantastic experience: Great instructor. Our daughter enjoys coming to the classes. We appreciate that he keeps a camera in the dojo so parents can see what’s happening without distracting the students. We like that the class sizes are small and students don’t have to wait in line like in other places. It’s always a pleasure to be taught the reigning kickboxing world champion. Mr. Aston is also very caring towards his students - he gentle yet strict in discipline. Definitely recommend you bring your children for training.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to train! Clean gym and professional coaching! I lost close to 20kg in 3 months with Chris and Bens help. 10x better than a gym to get into shape plus you’re learning new skills. Would recommend 100%

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been kickboxing with Chris for around a year and a half. She has come on so much! Her balance and sheer height she can now kick is just crazy! She really enjoys the class and has made many friends here.
