Fantastic experience: Started training at the Gym over a year ago with a friend. loved it so much decided to run classes. instructors are amazing. Everyone in the gym are friendlt and have become friends. Tf1 is a great place to train, socialise, make friends, have a laugh. Very friendly gym. Perfect for achieving any goal :-)

Good balance of free weights ,machines and cardio area so something for everyone whatever your routine requires Me and my teenage twin sons love the place would highly recommend to anyone wanting to start going

Fantastic experience: Great all round gym with plenty of equipment that is all kept in top condition, no waiting around, just straight in & get your workout done. I have been a member at loads of gyms but none have the atmosphere of TF1, everyone is friendly and welcoming no matter your fitness level & Andy is great with clients, always approachable for advise or encouragement.The classes are good variety and can adapt to your fitness level so nobody feels out of place. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. I have tried many gyms and this is the one gym I have felt most comfortable in. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.The classes are brill and all the trainers really push you and are really good! This gym has also helped me so much with my confidence. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, making it a perfect gym for newcomers or veterans of all levels. I always feel relaxed and calm here, which help me focus my workouts without feeling rushed or intimidated. It's well-organized with a massively wide variety of equipment available.. cardio, strength training, machines, weights and classes, they have everything you could possibly need and more. A great gym to train at, I'm grateful to have joined and I've since recommended to all friends and family members.

Fantastic experience: Excellent selection of resistance and cardio equipment for this size of gym. Clean. Helpful staff.

Negative experience: The gym had no showers or changing room, it didn’t have heating/AC, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I wasn’t offered an induction or asked about medical conditions, injuries etc. it seemed the owner was too busy flirting with female members to help, it just seemed like all they wanted was my money. The owner was quite rude and upon arrival was outside smoking an ecig!! I won’t be going again and I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone!! The 1 star rating is very generous!!!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Wigan.... not the poshest, or the biggest, but easily the nicest atmosphere, no posers, no egos, just a really nice local gym with everything you need for a good workout.... highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Went to a gym about 30 years ago probably twice 30 years later I searched friendly gyms suitable for ladies of mature years looked at reviews messaged Andy arranged for me to have a look round and the rest is history I can actually say I love going to the gym now ....it's amazing everyone helpful, equipment amazing always looks fresh would and have recommended it to family friends ️love it plus how cool gym top with led lights glowing

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Wigan. Never felt so supported and welcome In a gym before! As someone that has gym anxiety, all the staff take pride in customer care. Accommodating everyone’s needs, nothings too much all done with a smile. If you’re unsure, just get yourself down and join the community. Doesn’t feel like just a number here, everyone’s fully valued. Wish I could give it 6 stars. Exited to see all the new facility’s that are underway!

Fantastic experience: Ive just completed the 8 week challenge and its changed everything about me... not just physically but my mentality towards going the gym aswell. Andy and the team, Paul and Andrew are all friendly professionals and have motivated me with strong encouragement. The diet plan has been spot on, saving me money by not buying booze & bad foods. I'd highly recommend TF1 Gym to anyone. Thanks men

Fantastic experience: Been a member of this gym for a while now and can’t recommend it enough. There is a wide variety of classes delivered at convenient times and a huge array of equipment which is always being expanded and updated. Gyms can be intimidating but you are always made to feel welcome and feels very much open to everyone. Andy and his team are very approachable and will always give advice and push you to be the best you can be. Whether you are looking for somewhere new to try as a seasoned gym goer or if you’re looking for somewhere to take that first step, this is an excellent place to get started. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, lovely atmosphere, Trainer/owner Andy is amazing with his clients always explains why & how things work. Going to gym after having 3 children was a big step for me personally but after the first Initial contact with Andy I have felt nothing but at ease. Every member of staff have been so welcoming & helped with anything! Even when I feel like I can’t do it! 100% recommend- which I already have & got 2 friends already signed up

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, I joined TF1 a few months after giving birth, as you can imagine the thought of even entering a gym after having a baby is daunting but Andy owner/trainer was brilliant offering good and safe advice, he made me feel at ease straight away. I do PT session with Andy weekly, he explains everything in depth about the exercises i am doing and this helps me get a better understanding of the muscles i am working and the reasons behind it. This gym has everything you need equipment wise, and the classes are second to none! there is a wide variety, numerous times a day. The atmosphere is so relaxed every time I’ve been in. The members are also really lovely, they cheer you on, on them days you need a bit of extra motivation. My little boy has recently started doing the kids boxing class there on a Thursday and he absolutely loves it. Andy has an amazing team around him, they literally are the best of the best and I can’t recommend this gym enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never felt more comfortable in a gym than in here! I have never really been to a gym that much before because they always seem so daunting but everyone is so friendly and welcoming here. I love how helpful the trainers are too - would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Been coming to TF1 for the past 3 months. It has a really good atmosphere, very clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I have a weekly PT with Paul, who has tought me so much and pushes me to get the results I want. I can highly recommend this gym and all the facilities. %worth the money
