Fantastic experience: Total fitness has great environment with kind members and really helpful staff who are easy to approach when I have questions. A large variety of equipment that enables me to do almost any exercise I want. It can get crowded at times but overall my experience so far has been amazing.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to total fitness. it is by far the best gym i have been to and i will be continuing my membership for the forseeable future. The workers are very helpful and spot me whenever needed. It can get packed during the day but i can sign in myself whenever i need to.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere in this gym and the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Can’t recommend enough. The gym is always clean and tidy and the equipment is very well maintained.

The staff there are lovely, I've only met carly so far but I imagine they are all just as nice, it doesn't fell like a gym that people are judging you! That's one thing I was afraid of but going here has put my mind at ease! I would recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: Been going here for 5 months going on 6 Monday to Fridays at 5 am. Tidy gym and friendly atmosphere. The times the gym opens and closes are perfect for me. I have a PT who's been 10/10. They all know there stuff also no A holes here like some other gyms. Good kit and good facilities. No other gym for me.

Fantastic experience: This gym has a really nice atmosphere. It always feels relaxed and the staff are friendly. It never gets to busy and the membership prices are fair. Some of the equipment is a bit close together but that just goes to show how well equipped it is for it's size.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been too. The staff are really helpful and super friendly and the atmosphere is really chilled out. A lot of gyms I’ve been to have been quite male dominant however this gym is not so feel really comfortable there!

Fantastic experience: Went here to see Sam, the sports massage therapist with a hamstring problem that had been going on for over a year. The treatments were great and effective, i was also given exercise routines tailored to what I needed to help me recover and rebuild the affected muscles. Very knowledgeable and informative to help me understand the body and muscles and how they work. My hamstring feels like its back to normal. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Compact but fully equipped gym. They've got everything here from concept 2 rowing machines to a full set of kettlebells, whatever workout you like doing the equipment is here for you. Also very reasonable prices and very friendly, helpful staff. Great gym!
