Fantastic experience: Bottalack is a fabulous house. There were eight adults and 2 very little children and it was absolutely perfect. The weather was also very good for us!!

Fantastic experience: Wow Highcliffe is fabulous!! We’ve been going for many years and it never disappoints. An easy walk to Polzeath beach, an easy link to a variety of walks and an easy drive to other towns and villages. Katrina and Karen have always been very lovely to speak to and hugely helpful. What’s not to love!!!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful peaceful and relaxing location, being going for twenty years plus, went when our children were little, now they are married and bring their husbands, idyllic place for all ages , perfect, just perfect.

Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing 2 weeks staying at Highcliffe - the gym was great and so handy to have on site. It is beautifully done with an amazing studio too. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We stayed in Anterre - a stunning 5 bed house; it has everything you need, even a yeti. Everything is so well thought through with the wetsuit hanging area down to the kitchen utensils! We have already booked to go back next year, we can’t wait.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic 7 night stay in Sept 24.... Great location on a quiet road a short walk from Polzeath. Flo's Deli a 5 min walk for groceries, 5 min drive to Daymer Bay and 10 min drive to Rock. First class facilities on site with a new gym and yoga studio and thoughtfully landscaped grounds to ensure privacy..... We stayed at Eyhtin - a super modern, clean, comfortable and tastefully appointed property that was fully equipped to hit the ground running. Private terrace to rear of property a sun trap in the afternoons, log burner a bonus in the evenings.... Only negative is we couldn't stay longer! Loved it and re-booked on check-out....

Fantastic experience: Tregoyd was a wonderful holiday home with everything we needed and more. Katrina and Karen were very helpful "hosts" with their occasional help, recommendations, and ideas for days out. We absolutely love the coastal path, walking to Daymer bay, Rock and Padstow one way, and Polzeath and Pentire Point the other way. I enjoyed the shiny new gym and my daughter loved the yoga/pilates class. We'll be back, for our third time, in 2025.

Fantastic experience: As a family we’ve been staying at Highcliffe for nearly ten years now. Our two holidays each year with our daughter; son-in-law, and our Grandson are to Cumbria in April (where my wife has family) and to Cornwall in August. Highcliffe offers us everything that we look for in a holiday, it’s truly home from home. It’s only a short walk down Daymer Lane to Daymer Bay beach where we have a safe family beach, and a dog friendly beach for our three pooches. We love coming back to Highcliffe and especially Bryher, and this year we will have another little addition to our family … it’ll make our stay at Highcliffe all the more wonderful.

Fantastic experience: We had yet another fantastic time at Highcliffe and have been visiting for over a decade now. Same friendly atmosphere with a fantastic new gym, tennis court resurfacing and reception area with a studio. 10 / 10 as before.

Fantastic experience: We thought it was well appointed, well equipped and we particulay liked the availability of the tennis courts. We could have dne with some more hangers in the cupboards and hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to hang towels on would have been useful. Also some of the distances mentioned in the folder seemed to be measured in cornish yards, Flo's Stores for example is a bit more than 50 yards away on the main road!!!!

Fantastic experience: Great location and the property ‘Samson’ is ideal for us and the dog. Condition and cleanliness on arrival was superb. We’ve stayed here quite a few times and hopefully be back next year. Gym is a useful addition.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic modern family house with breathtaking views over St Enodoc, Daymer Bay and the Camel estuary, stylish design and comfortable beds, it made the perfect base for a classic Cornish beach holiday. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Highcliffe's 'Botallack' property for the first time this year in July and enjoyed every aspect of the highly finished and funcitonal property, the location (short walk to Polzeath, longer walk back up the hill) and the gym. The Highcliffe team were wonderful and on-hand to answer any queries. We are two parents, two grown children, their girlfriends and a French Bulldog – we highly recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy Polzeath and wanting a relaxing, uncomplicated break.

Fantastic experience: We've stayed in a number of properties at Highcliffe over the years and they've always been clean and comfortable. The staff are great if any issues arise. It's a lovely peaceful location - close to the amenities of Polzeath, but a little bit outside the hustle & bustle. The views over the fields are fabulous.

Fantastic experience: Once again we had an excellent experience renting a Highcliffe house in July. As was the case last year our's was very well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. The Team are always helpful. Thank you all and we intend to repeat next year.

Fantastic experience: The accommodation at Seaward was accurately described and pristine clean. Katrina and her Team at Reception were super: friendly and went out of their way to make the 2 weeks we stayed so enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: We have just spent a week here and the house was really lovely. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were a little hard though. But I'm nit picking. The house was spotless and really beautiful. Decorated beautifully. 10am is quite an early checkout. But i think this is pretty normal nowadays. Very happy !

Fantastic experience: Had an absolutely wonderful time at Highcliffe Holidays. The house we had was perfect (lots of extra equipment provided like surf boards etc) and it was ideally situated to enjoy stunning Polzeath. Especially loved the tennis courts, great fun! Will definitely return to this gem of a place as soon as we can.

Fantastic experience: We are regular visitors at Highcliffe and always have a wonderful time! Katrina and her team look after us very well and we especially enjoy staying in the new properties, all beautifully designed and thoughtfully kitted out. Anna's pilates classes are worth the journey alone! Most recent stay was over Easter (some sunny days!) and now looking forward to a few weeks in August.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have 'holidayed' at Highcliffe for many years. Many reasons - high standards of property cleanliness - close proximity to Polzeath and Wadebridge - the coast path - Daymer Bay - St Enodoc and The Point Golf courses - numerous restaurants of all standards. New developments include a gym and Yoga studio - perhaps an indoor pool may be added at some stage! For the last few years we have stayed in 'Ross' and have appreciated the owner's efforts to maintain high standards of cleanliness and provision of facilities.

Positive experience: A perfect base for a Cornish holiday. Very comfortable accommodation, brilliant for young families, welcoming of dogs, beautifully maintained grounds and quiet setting.

Fantastic experience: What a great place! We took a cottage over Easter which was perfect for our needs. 4 beds 2 bath and dog friendly. Very clean and had everything we could need - incl large fridge. Best bits: Location, comfy beds, dog friendly with shower/hose to clean him off, amazing staff who didn't balk when I changed our dates, added the dog and found/posted the charger we left behind! Surroundings are extremely well maintained - we played tennis - but didn't get to the gym. We had such a great week - walking the coast, pub quiz and good food. Couldn't fault it and we will be back - thanks to the Highcliffe Team.

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely stay in Cowrie over the February half-term. The property was clean, well-appointed and had everything we required for an enjoyable holiday. Lovely to see Katrina again, who is always so friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been back here year after year for the last 11 years. We stumbled upon it one summer and it’s become the most treasured family holiday for everyone. The cottages are fab-all different so something for everyone. The new ones look incredible so we hope to stay in one of them next time. Everything is nearby so you can choose to go surfing in Polzeath or walk round to Daymer with the dogs. When you’ve had enough of the crowds you simply come back and enjoy the view and some peace and quiet at Highcliffe. The new reception area and yoga studio is great too and the staff have always been wonderful. It is a family tradition for us and many of our friends now that none of the children want to go elsewhere. We love Highcliffe!

Fantastic experience: We've been coming here for 20 odd years. Now the kids are grown up & gone, we come out of season & it's still the loveliest place to take a holiday. The Oystercatcher pub & Waterfront restaurant plus other cafe bars remain open even in November. We never tire of the walk round the cliff path from Daymer Bay to Polzeath with the amazing views. The holiday homes are equipped & decorated to a very high standard with everything you'd need & the Highcliffe staff are superb.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Memories (in the new development) for a week and it was amazing! It’s spacious and beautifully designed, has everything you need and is in an ideal location. We worked remotely for half the week - the master bedroom has a desk set-up - and enjoyed the other half off. It’s ideally located near 3 lovely beaches (you can hire surf equipment on Polzeath Beach!), and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Highcliffe has a gym, yoga studio and tennis courts you can use too. I’d recommend Highcliffe to anyone looking for a UK break at any time of the year.

Positive experience: Fab location with good facilities, would defo stay again. Great 5 min walk to Polzeath. My hubby used the gym a lot. Only things that would make this 5 star is the cafe being open with hit drinks/pastries for breakie or afternoon snacks. The place we stayed was a little dated (but more than adequate) compared to the others so next time we'll hopefully be able to stay in the newer ones.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in Goldhurst for 9 nights and we absolutely loved it. Location is perfect, views are spectacular and it is all excellently equipped. We will be returning!

The cottages are perfect for all the family even though they are now grown up the kids still love coming! A walk to the beach....surfing at Polzeath for the kids and relaxing at Daymer for us. Lots to do around and about if the weather isn't great, such as this year, and the food locally has got better and better over the years. Simply the best holiday

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to Highcliffe (Perros) for many years. We love the peace and quiet and yet within an easy walk to the beaches and restaurants. The house has everything you need for your stay even bodyboards!. The house was well decorated with seating at the front to catch the morning sun and an enclosed patio at the back for evening sun. The house is dog and child friendly! Cant wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: Highcliffe is in a perfect location, within easy walking distance of the surf at Polzeath and sandy beaches at Daymer. There are tennis courts and a new gym and reception building, making this a year round destination.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful location above Polzeath beach on the hills. Not far to the coastal path, town and even a short walk to Rock. Eythina is a stunning house, stylishly decorated and well-finished granite, wood and modern elements. Homely with local photography on the wall, a fire for those chilly nights, patio for the summer, a big space for the family or guests and beds are so comfortable! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: This was our fourth summer holiday at Highcliffe and our first in one of the new properties. It definitely won’t be our last. The houses are all excellent - the new development particularly so. The new houses are larger than the existing ones and built to a high standard. Our house was really well furnished and equipped with plenty of room for two adults, several teenagers and a couple of dogs. The whole site is quiet, tidy and well cared for, with many of the houses being pet friendly. The new development also has a very good gym and yoga studio with a cafe facility due to open in the near future. The site is within east walking distance of Polzeath beach, Daymer Bay and the coast path. Rock is a short drive (or slightly longer walk) away. Very easy access to locals shops, restaurants and pubs too. This is a real 5-star location and highly recommended. If work wasn’t taking us overseas for a couple of years we’d already be booked in for 2024. As it is, we’ll be back in 2026!

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic time staying in Webster, one of the new homes at Highcliffe. We have stayed in another home at Highcliffe previously and we were reminded once again what a superb location it is! Great access in a couple of moments to the stunning cliff path makes for a beautiful walk down into Polzeath or along to Daymer bay. There were lots of opportunities for fun on the beach- surfing, sandcastle building and of course ice-cream eating! We enjoyed too getting the boat across to Padstow to explore, sample Cornish pasties and try out some mini golf. The house was stunning, tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. We were a family of 5 and our dog this time but there was plenty of space for more people with four good sized bedrooms and the office which also has a high sleeper too. It was great to have the utility room and the outside shower for washing off the sand on return from the beach. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable week at Webster- we certainly hope to be back!!

Fantastic experience: Our stay at Fastnet was great, apart from the lovely weather the little house was a pleasure to stay in. Lovely and comfortable, modern, great bbq and of course the warm outside shower was a real bonus!! Katrina the office manager is just lovely and made our trip super smooth, would totally recommend staying at a property within Highcliffe!!

Fantastic experience: The Highcliffe holiday cottages are ideally placed within easy walking distance of Polzeath beach, Daymer Bay and Greenaway. The grounds are well maintained, the cottages are ideal holiday accommodation and the team that look after you could not be more helpful. We love it and go every year if we can.

Fantastic experience: We have just spent a week in polzeath, staying at Manilu, one of a number of cottages run by Highcliffe. The house was lovely, very clean and all the amenities you could wish for. They even left washing tablets for us to use! Katrina was extremely helpful and we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We have been visiting Highcliffe for more than 20 years and love it as much now as we did at the beginning; so much so we go 2 or 3 times a year. A very well managed and maintained development of smart holiday houses staffed by friendly and efficient people. The location speaks for itself!

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous pet friendly holiday villas in beautiful location. We have been coming here for many years because the villas are kept to an extremely high standard: super clean - with new bathrooms and kitchens and comfortable beds. The gardens around the villas are always blooming. The location is perfect, as it is a short stroll to the coastal paths and beaches. The management is local and Katrina always goes the extra mile to accommodate us. Fitting us in last minute or hanging onto our forgotten possessions until we're back to pick them up.
