Fantastic experience: Signed up to a two week block and LOVE IT. The space is really nice which makes for a great studio. The instructors are really helpful and encourage you to push yourself. The people in the class are really supportive which makes the class go quickly Just try it out, it might not be for you but it’s great fun and will get you fit in no time

Fantastic experience: I have recently returned to exercise postpartum going to the Strong Mum classes, which are brilliant. Such a great idea to be able to take my baby along and know that they will be looked after if they need a cuddle so it doesn't interrupt my flow. A really lovely small gym, everyone is super friendly and Julia who runs the strong mum classes is brilliant. A great class for mums, so relaxed and flexible with the babies, I couldn't recommend it enough!
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love training at Milo and the Bull, the instructors are very helpful and friendly and have really helped me gain confidence in my fitness journey. They’re always on hand to push, motive and advise and I really love coming to class (even the early ones!). Cannot recommend enough !!!

Fantastic experience: I recently did the 2-week trial and loved it. I did 5 classes and enjoyed the balanced mix of HIIT and more strength-focused classes throughout the week. It makes going 5 days in a row manageable. The overall programme is built over a 12-week cycle so you can measure progress every 3 months. Would recommend to a friend!

Fantastic experience: Milo and the Bull has the perfect vibe I want from a gym — gets me to push myself without being annoying, teachers are good and make me laugh, each 45-minute class is different and goes by fast but with often the same small community of fellow gymmers (helps to have a support system), great musical selection (pop, rap, r&b, sometimes 80s/90s/00s, not electric), dog friendly, nice shower pressure with towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, spray deodorant) included, and bonus it’s very eco-minded, and about once a month we get free stuff from other b-corp style businesses.

Fantastic experience: Milo and the Bull is one of the best class focused gyms I've visited in London (having been to and worked in many!). The community is fantastic and all the trainers are knowledgeable, welcoming and able to cater classes to all abilities. The programming is well designed in 12-week blocks of progressive overload with a nice amount of variation whilst still being able to see your own progression. Can't rate the staff highly enough and lovely facilities!
Fantastic experience: A lovely, cosy studio in the heart of London Bridge! But don’t let the cute location trick you, you will get a great session done in here! Really great coaches in here, Josh and Camille bring a friendly and personal approach a long with their knowledgeable coaching! Creating a great atmosphere to get fit in. They have managed to get the most out of the small space, fully recommend to anyone.
