Positive experience: I've been frequently visiting this gym along with Hammersmith and Colliers Wood. Firstly, the staff here is amazing. They take care of the gym very well, the equipment is always organised and well maintained and the gym is always clean. However, the gym is lacking a lot in equipment compared to its counterparts: • No dedicated place to do pull ups/dips. No assisted pull up machine. You can do pull ups/dips at the squat racks or cable machine but it's not too great. • no T-bar rowing machine • no variations of leg press machines like hack squat • no lateral raise machine • no ab machine This gym is perfect if you're looking to do some basic workouts, but not great if you like to mix up your workouts. This gym has a lot of free space not being used, so I hope the owner considers upgrading the equipment.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible gym in Wandsworth. Staff are very welcoming and keep the gym to a lovely standard. All members are very respectful of each other and rarely see it full so never a wait for equipment. A step up from the cheaper gyms in the area but doesn’t break the bank like some others. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Great gym. Lots of squat racks, barbell hip thrust set up and smith machine. Friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere. Really good customer service from the members of staff.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Jetts Wandsworth for a while now, and it's been a great experience! The gym is clean, well-equipped, and never too crowded, so I can always get my workout done without any hassle. The team is super friendly and approachable, always willing to help out or give advice when needed. Positive experience: Updating my previously 3 ⭐️ review - have been regularly frequenting this gym for over a year. Pros: small but well laid out gym, good quality equipment, well maintained and clean, responsive manager/owner is willing to add new items based on customer feedback, good atmosphere, lots of different equipment, would recommend they get more KB including smaller ones for more dynamic functional training. Cons: small open floor space can be completely obstructed if a class is on (even with only 2-3 participants) or if a trainer is working with a client, ongoing water damage issues means unstable flooring in some parts of the gym causing a tripping hazard, avoid peak hours such as 6-7am as gym can quickly become over crowded. Have been to several other gyms in the area and if you’re looking for a weightlifting gym this is probably the best around.
Dear Chloe,This is very useful feedback and we wanted to let you know it had been seen, discussed and being actioned wherever possible and appropriate.Most importantly of all we wanted to assure you that we take cleanliness and general gym tidiness extremely seriously. We notice you normally train in the early mornings, perhaps before our team are in for the day. But in addition to an overnight external clean team, our internal gym team are cleaning down equipment at periodic intervals throughout the day and also ensuring blue rolls along with anti-bac are kept stocked up. Sorry to hear you have found a roll to be empty, this is admittedly far from ideal. Unfortunately during a busy morning a roll could well be emptied out despite being refilled overnight, but we do have 4 cleaning stations in total for you to use. Nevertheless we may well look at installing additional paper towel dispensers to help alleviate such occurrences.We absolutely value each and every one of our members' custom and so strive to give every single member value for the money they spend on a membership with us be they class go'ers, strength trainers or cardio enthusiasts. We have a very dynamic approach to how we run Jetts Wandsworth, constantly tweaking our offering, equipment and facilities as we notice training habits or indeed our member base itself change. Our apologies to you if the running of classes inconveniences you, but we try our utmost best to take up as a little a space as possible of the open floor and the current timetable has a morning class on only two of the five weekday mornings. We'd love to have a bigger site with a seperate space for classes but commercial space in London is such that it is extremely difficult to get a perfectly sized site at a premium, easily accessible location on a busy zone 2 London High Street. We worked extremely hard with our design teams to ensure we made the best use of the space we have, allowing members to move around and workout with ease overall. Class uptake and non class gym usage is something we pay very close attention to and something we may well tweak in the coming weeks as we get into summer just as we did when we went into autumn / winter.As mentioned, we are constantly monitoring how our equipment and facilities are used and are coming to that point in our evolution where we may well make some changes / additions. We fully take on board our members' suggestions as ultimately we want to cater for as many different training habits as possible. For instance, at the request of members we already added a dips attachment to our rigs, a hex bar and a multitude of grips for our Multi-stations. We do already have 2 TRX as part of our kit. Wall balls have been a popular suggestion of late, which we are already looking into. Your suggestion for Yoga/Swiss balls along with lighter kettle bells is definitely noted.We have unfortunately been dealing with an intermittent water leak in the last few weeks from the residences above which has caused some issues with our rubber flooring. We are trying our best to address this as much as possible ourselves before having a contractor in once we are certain the leak has been rectified once and for all.This is very useful feedback for us and we hope the above has gone some way to assure you of how much we value it and take it into consideration. Hello Marcel.Here at Jetts Wandsworth we both pride ourselves and thrive on our positive interactions with our local residents so firstly please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to you this morning by one of our leaflets.We employ the services of a professional distribution company to post a single, A5 leaflet through postboxes, so to be clear, it will not have been one of our own in-house staff. To add, we do only employ this strategy at a very few key points in the year - the last time was actually May last year. Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym, amazingly equipped and with a friendly / helpful staff! It is super clean and never too crowded with 6 and I repeat 6 squat racks which makes rotation around the gym floor very easy and accessible. Their membership comes to a very competitive and convenient price with a 24h access! Big kudos to Matt the general manager who makes this gym a sanctuary and has the best polite and not disrespectful costumers. Absolutely worth a join. Can’t stress enough!

But we always wanted to have a prominent, easy to access location on the main High Street. Often this can be a trade off for space versus perhaps a bigger site in the backroads somewhere.We did work extremely hard with our design teams to design the space we do have in the best possible way to allow members to move about and train with the greatest of ease. With Jetts Wandsworth being all on one street level we feel is also a big plus point with natural light through the windows and all corners and equipment easily visible to members. Negative experience: Hi guys I wanted to share this experience with you and I wanted to say about the manager there this guy in the picture he was disrespectful to me while I was going to to make the monthly payment at the til He was saying he is doing me a favour and keep my subscription on and few more words that made me to complain him and cancel my subscription at JETTS Wandsworth I will contact the Main group and complain there aswell The only thing he is doing is complain about things at the gym ,he inspires no one When I paid my money 50£ a month I deserve respect something that he don’t know what’s that means and all he care about is to get paid and not help people get better . At Jetts we pride ourselves on the customer experience and the interaction with our team is an integral part of that. We strive to treat each and every valued member with a smile and respect.Our General Manager, Matt, has a long standing history of being a stand up gentleman, a man of integrity, who treats everyone equally and with respect. From reading your comments he would have been following our policy of ongoing memberships being paid via direct debit only. We do not have the operational bandwidth to accept existing member payments any other way and the till / card terminal you mention is reserved only for new sign ups to be able to pay their very first membership before a direct debit is in place, or for the adhoc purchase of replacement membership swipe cards. It would seem that the enforcement of this has caused you considerable upset, for which we again apologise and will certainly investigate internally to see how we can improve our processes to avoid any such occurence in the future. The member experience is paramount to us and so we take all feedback extremely seriously.It is most unfortunate to learn of an incident such as this. I joined to train for Hyrox and it has everything you need (with the exception a wall balls ). Great space - would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym I've been a member of. Six squat racks is amazing, especially given the size of the gym, all the equipment is new and it's always immaculate. Unexpected bonus is that unlike most gyms the music is pretty good and they vary the playlists a bit, to the point I stopped bothering to take headphones. I've never found it to be too busy either, and other members are considerate. Gutted to be leaving the area and having to downgrade!

Fantastic experience: Great, focused, gym that contains all of the equipment you may need to become better. What stands out above all other gyms in the area is the fact that the staff, especially Matt, continue to clean the place and put weights back into their places if they are not there already.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area by far! Having tried 5 different gyms in Battersea, Fulham, and near Clapham Junction, I can confidently say that this is where I'll stay in the long term. They're very careful to make sure every member has a great experience - no over-crowding (looking at you, Fitness First CJ), no unfriendly staff (still looking at you, Fitness First CJ), modern equipment that's well looked after. Staff proactively keep everything spotless and you can regularly spot them with tools keeping all the nuts and bolts free of dust and creaks. Matt, the general manager, is great and you can really tell he's passionate about his gym and exercise in general. There are three cycle racks just outside the gym within view of the windows, private showers and toilets, lots of lockers, six (!) squat racks and platforms, dumbells up to 50kg, and a heap of plate loaded machines. Would highly recommend Jetts to anyone in South-West London.

Fantastic experience: Top quality gym, good layout and 6 squat racks which is rare for any gym. High quality equipment, great facilities and a friendly/knowledgeable team running the gym. The only comment is that the squat racks are quite close together, but it’s understandable given space limitations. Highly recommend the gym, I’d say the best I’ve come across in London. Top notch!

The gym’s 24-hour availability is perfect, especially for those like myself with demanding work obligations. This setup is perfect for both cardio and strength training, with six squat racks, making it perfect unlike those other gyms round the corner. The staff at Jetts, especially the gym manager, Matt, have been consistently welcoming and inclusive, creating a friendly and supportive environment. Their attentiveness and professionalism significantly enhance the gym experience. I appreciate the gym’s commitment to maintaining cleanliness and providing a well-designed environment. The darker lighting and aesthetic touches create an atmosphere that is both motivating and conducive to focused workouts . Much better than the hospital lighting at other gyms!! Fantastic experience: Recently joined Jetts Wandsworth and I am absolutely loving it. The range of equipment is fantastic, all with new technology for optimal performance. The staff are so friendly and supportive. I really like the fact that memberships are capped so that it never feels overcrowded and overwhelming.

Fantastic experience: Looking in from the outside does no justice to this gym, you really have to get in and check it out! The all black interior and lighting are amazing and set a very cool vibe. There's lots of weights, machines and spots to train. And lastly but certainly not least, the staff are always very friendly and willing to help. Amazing place well done guys.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been to a gym with such a personal touch, Matt and the team are superb and incredibly friendly. The equipment is brand new, everything you need and if there’s some thing you’d like, Matt will look into getting it for you. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My favourite thing about this gym is how welcoming the staff are. Considering it's brand new, there's already such a community feel about it. The other mainstream gyms around simply don't compare. Jetts has that exclusive boutique feel at a very reasonable price. I have 3 memberships as move around alot with work but somehow still end up back at Jetts. Great vibe, knowledgable trainers and I'm never waiting for a squat rack!

Fantastic experience: Exactly what you want from a gym, high quality kit, a good mix of cardio and weights with a big free area and sled. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and a really good vibe between all the people who come, always someone helpful around if needed. Easy access being on the ground floor, new and very good changing rooms, lockers etc. PT if you want it but they don't push to hard. Access to the machines hasnt been a problem. Already seeing improvements in my overall fitness, strength and core. Great location just round the corner from southside. Really good value for the equipment and experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Recently got back into the gym a few months ago. The thing I love about this gym is the vibe, the exclusive feel to it & the fact it’s never over crowded. The machines are all brand new & the staff are always on hand if you need support (no such thing as embarrassing questions here). Huge shout out to my PT Maya - she’s played a huge role in my motivation to go to the gym. Not only do we do one to two hours a week, she supports with sending work outs for me to complete independently via true coach (with filmed examples) & has also created an amazing share drive with nutritional recommendations, recipes & a tracker so I can really hold myself accountable. Maya always helps me understand the ‘why’ behind diet plans & exercises so I feel like I’m learning so much more than just having a training session and being told what to do. You’re amazing can’t wait for the many months of hard work ahead of us!!!

Fantastic experience: Jets Wandsworth is one of the best gyms I have joined in the Wandsworth area(and I have tried a few!) The vibe, the atmosphere and the facilities are one of a kind. Never felt more welcomed into a gym, I usually build up an anxiety but nothing holds me back from attending. Shout out to Matthew for his unmatched energy, great people skills and top tier playlist! And…of course the brutal but rewarding legs bums and tums class on a Saturday. Maya’s Thursday classes, absolute killer but my personal favourite. And Thomas’ and Simons class are 10/10. All trainers give you that one to one help you are looking for even in a class - classes are suitable for all from beginners to top athletes aha. Yet to meet some of the trainers, however confident that they’re all brilliant and will never hestitate to book one of their classes when I have time It’s a very comfortable space whatever your goal is.

Fantastic experience: Great new gym in the area. Everything is brand new and clean, atmosphere is great with lights not too bright & clinical as in some gyms- just a lovely space. Everyone is very friendly, it doesn’t feel intimidating at all as gyms go and the classes are great too.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym when it opened and have been impressed with their friendly staff always so welcoming and encouraging especially the manager Matthew. There classes are great, they inspire you to go at your own pace. personally for me the classes have given me the kick start I needed to get back into fitness, thank you. Fantastic experience: I have to say this is hands down the best gym I have ever trained at. I really look forward to my gym sessions at this gym, not only because I enjoy training but because I also love the atmosphere and the space itself. Matt is such a helpful and friendly manager, along with the fantastic stuff. Gyms can feel like an intimidating place, but I never feel silly or uncomfortable asking any of the staff for help or direction with anything. I also love that it’s a 24hr gym, which is so handy with the hours that I work. The equipment is brand new and Matt does such a good job at making sure that all the pieces of equipment are put in the right place making it easy to enjoy my training session. If there are any bits of equipment you want, Matt will try his hardest to get it into the gym. The gym floor and toilet area are always kept very clean, there’s so much space around the whole gym that you never feel like you don’t have enough room to train. You’ve gotta check it out!

Fantastic experience: Honestly cannot rate this gym and the staff enough. I really struggled to find a good gym with a friendly community in London for an affordable price, for so long. The gym is super well equipped with top quality machines and is super spaced out with plenty of room for training. This is the first London gym I’ve been to that’s not been too crowded with too many people. There is also 6 squat racks!! The darker lighting helps so much to get in the zone for the workout and the gym itself is very aesthetically pleasing. The staff are the friendliest, always checking in to make sure everything is ok, and to help members get the best out of their training. Absolutely love this gym!

Fantastic experience: This gym is great. It’s relaxed and very welcoming. The place is clean, there is a good range of equipment and it’s never too busy. But the biggest difference is the gym manager Matt. When he gave me my orientation he said he wanted to create an inclusive culture. I chalked it off as spiel, but it’s true. He’s always checking in with people, making sure everyone is catered for, and even let my housemate use the showers when the water in our flat was off!

Fantastic experience: I've worked out all my life, 40+ years, and Jetts Wandsworth is quite possibly the best gym in terms of friendliness of staff and equipment quality that I have ever been a member of. The staff are excellent and only too willing to help in anyway they can and the equipment, all brand new, is of the highest quality. The individual changing rooms / showers and toilets are all kept immaculate and the gym is extremely clean and tidy at all times. You won't regret joining

Fantastic experience: I really cannot recommend this place enough! A beautiful and clean gym with top of the line equipment. As someone who has struggled in the past with feeling out of place/judged in a gym, I really feel welcomed and get a great sense of belonging here. For the price, it really is worth going to if you are looking for a place to really work on yourself!
