Fantastic experience: I chose not to go to this gym yet, as I believe the leisure centre is a better place for me to start at the moment. I turned up on a Tuesday around midday, and asked to see the gym. Looked like a good environment - small, but quiet. Spoke to a gentleman who I believe is the owner. He was kind and explained everything in good detail.

Fantastic experience: After coming to HD1 fitness clinic for a few weeks now attending spin classes and having access to the gym I’ve felt so confident in myself and although this is down to the workouts I also have to praise Trevor and the members at HD1 fitness, they take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at! So friendly and supportive!

Trevor organised for a group of people to hire his spin bikes and access his on-line spinning classes 3 times a week! I’ve loved it!! Big Trev is a legend! Fantastic experience: Since we went back into lock down in October and gyms closed to classes, I have being taking part in HD1 spin classes three times a week via zoom. Not only have these sessions help keep my fitness up and helped with my mental health but they have also been great fun and making you still feel part of the spinning team with great music, routines and even still good laugh at times.

Fantastic experience: HD1 fitness is a fantastic gym, it has a great amount of space and a practical layout. Good location, with it being near the centre of huddersfield and access to free parking nearby. The staff are very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I have recently rented the upstairs for my business. The room is large, has lots of light and accomodates my business. i can utilise the tv for any presentations, there are tables and chairs when I need them and the room comes with a flipchart for workshops i need to provide. Trevor is fantastic at communicating anf very accommodating to my business needs and cannot do enough for me. He makes me feel at home when utilising the space and is a lovely guy.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym with all the equipment anyone would need , friendly and welcoming atmosphere from the owner and staff . Jugal the PT there is outstanding and has helped me reach many goals . I’ve also attending the gym for a bootcamp and a sports massage with Trev , both 10 out of 10 . Give it a go you won’t regret it .

Fantastic experience: I have been to HD1 for a sports massage and am also a member of the gym and can't recommend this place highly enough. It is a friendly environment with good equipment. The team a very supportive and always willing to help. Brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Warm, welcoming atmosphere for all levels of fitness. Used a variety of their facilities including fitness classes, massage and their well being forum, all done with a friendly relaxed approach. Fantastic experience: HD1 Fitness Clinic has good atmosphere, the Personal Trainer are excellent and committed to help everyone. The equipment is excellent, All the staff are friendly and it's just like a big family.

Fantastic experience: I have used TMS for over 5 years now. There is no better sports therapist in the region. With the addition of the superb fitness suite, Trevour can now offer a full range of services to suit all needs and requirements.

Fantastic experience: I have tried several places for a sports massage over the years but Trevor is without a doubt one of the best sports massage therapists I have experienced. Not only does he give an excellent sports massage but he also helps a lot with flexibility (something which I struggle a lot with) and he always ends the session by stretching out my calves, legs, shoulders and arms. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have trained at HD1 a few times recently and I can say it's a lovely gym, very nice friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very helpful. It has a wide variety of free weights, plyometric and cardio equipment. Jugal is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to sport specific training and weight loss. Overall you can tell he enjoys what he does and he will put in 100% of his time and effort in order to help someone acheive their fitness goals. Big Trev the sports therapist loves his spin class and hes also great at what he does. I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone wanting to join a gym near huddersfield.

Fantastic experience: I have trained here a number of times and the facilities are great. There is plenty of space and equipment for a great workout. I also attended a spin class which was challenging and fun. The gym has a great community feel and I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I have experienced all services at HD1 Fitness Clinic, I have had the initial fitness test, which was a great starting point to get me motivated to improve my health and fitness. I was suffering with a knee problem which was preventing me from attending and enjoying exercises but with Trevor's experience and massage he and got to the route of the problem and sorted it for me. I then went on to attend the exercise classes, but realised I needed more specific exercises and motivation so have been having personal training, I have seen some amazing results, shape changing, weight loss and an overall improvement in my general movements and flexibility to make everyday life far easier. This is personal training with a difference, each exercise is specific to your needs and tailored to your ability to get the very best from you!
