As a member of the Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) classes, I can confidently say that my training has been taken to a whole new level. The coaches are phenomenal – incredibly knowledgeable, always ready to offer personalized advice, and truly invested in helping each member achieve their goals. Their expertise has been instrumental in my progress, and they make every session both challenging and rewarding. The equipment is top-notch and there's plenty of it. Whether you're into strongman training or powerlifting, this gym has everything you need. The variety and quality of the kit are outstanding, catering perfectly to these specialized training styles. Fantastic experience: Great gym with amazing trainers who go above and beyond to help you with your goals! They offer small group personal training which has been brilliant and so flexible. Also a great bunch of people to train with :) Wouldn't want to train anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: New fresh gym with loads of specialised kit for powerlifters and strongman. Soo many plates and platforms that you will always have access to one! Also knowledge and helpful staff around with a great culture between all the members to help each other improve and motivate you on your down days. They offer small group training if you are not sure where to start which helps me to push myself and holds me accountable to turn up.
