Fantastic experience: I have been having personal training sessions with Lee for the past 5 months and more recently started the boot camps, he has been amazing! He really understands your individual needs, gives great nutritional advice as well as support with your mental well being. One of the best decisions I have made was giving Lee a call and starting on the journey to a new improved me.
Fantastic experience: Lee is super personable and friendly, which makes newcomers feel at ease. I have been going to his bootcamp sessions for several years now, which is suitable for all ages and fitness levels! It's very enjoyable, as each sessions is different, and the people who do the sessions are all very lovely!
Fantastic experience: I have been attending PT's with Lee for a number of years and would thoroughly recommend! Lee does a mix of training to suit what you need and want to do and encourages boxing which everyone seems to enjoy. You can also pick your own music for your workouts!! :)
Fantastic experience: I've been training with Lee now for 9 years. Lee has helped me achieve and maintain my fitness goals, dropping 5 stone and improved my fitness levels immensely. In particular the group sessions are fun and keep you motivated, as it has kept me going for 9 years! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've taken part in Boot Camp Fitness for over 2 years now and I have to say, it's one of the best group fitness activities in the area. Lee's bootcamp combines fitness with fun and friendship. There's a great sense of team work and belonging. Class intensity is variable based on your own ability. You can push yourself as hard as you wish and compete a little or work at your own pace and just get things done. Either way there's no pressure to be of a certain level of fitness which means it's open to everyone of all abilities! I've seen people transform physically and mentally, gain confidence and exceed their own expectations of themselves. Even overcome fears and debut events that they never even imagined they could take part in! I too have experienced all of the above myself! All in all, whether it's one to one training or group sessions, in my opinion, this is the place to do it. Keep up the great work Lee!
Fantastic experience: Lee is excellent, very personable, and encouraging without being overly hard and demanding unreasonable outcomes, which would be off putting. The 'homework' is individually taylored, and effective. Thoroughly recommend.
