Fantastic experience: I recently took my little boy here, who has ADHD and no self confidence, I was very nervous about my son attending as attending things like this doesn't go to well for us, he struggled to start with, but the trainers made alot of time and effort with him to make him feel welcome and part of the team straight away! My son has left tonight saying he wants to attend everyday!! Which for us is a massive improvement for my son. So Thank you guys for your time and effort! You are doing an amazing job!! Definitely RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: I've recently joined this gym and I felt at ease and comfortable even on my first day, I've never trained kickboxing before either but the members were great and sensei wong certainly knows his stuff and will definitely give you a good workout! Great place, great people and an excellent, patient teacher. Highly recommended
