Hiya Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, sorry to hear you haven't had a positive experience with us ⭐Members aren't required to carry out any cleaning within the gym, other than to wipe away their own sweat from machines after use with their own towel. Our staff are the ones who will clean the gym properly and they do so on a regular rota basis.If you come across something which needs cleaning right away, please alert a member of the team and they can sort it for you. Positive experience: Great gym, great facilities but some points to improve on... 1) Empty bottles and cans all over the place. 2) Dumbells and weights need to be put back in order and on racks from time to time. In an ideal world the users would do it but they don't and I don't like spending ages looking for weights. 3) The showers and locker rooms need to open before 6. I joined because it's 24hr but didn't realise I could only get a shower after 6. Even 5:30 would be better. All in all though, I do recommend and will keep going.

Negative experience: If there was less then a 1 star I would put it. Says it’s 24 hour gym 7 days a week. But when into my car to grab a water and was locked out and not able to go back in. No staff was present at the time waited around 20 mins to see if I could see someone and no one was there. Had my stuff upstairs too. Had a button to click if your locked out however still no one after 20 mins. How can a gym only let you in once !! It’s AWFUL. Also no combat sports allowed even my little one on the boxing pads in a private room isn’t allowed. Never had this with any gym EVER !

Fantastic experience: Fantastic. Great range of equipment, lovely buzz about the place and helpful staff. Well organised and perfect especially for someone like myself who is trying to get back into my gym routine.

Positive experience: Gym is a class and got any equipment you could want. Only one slight fault, the music needs turning down a bit as it can still be heard clearly with noise cancelling AirPods in.

Positive experience: Gym facilities are really good. Only let down is not having a water fountain in the changing rooms for when using the sauna.
