Fantastic experience: Helped a persistent knee injury with care and attention - focusing on exercises and things I can do to improve it. Also realistic in helping you to understand that physios can't promise pain-free, but they can help you to ensure you get the best treatment for your ailment. I'll be going back if anything recurs and would urge anyone to give Michelle a call if you need some help.

Fantastic experience: I started Physio Pilates classes with Michelle around a year ago. I’d struggled with lower back pain most of my life and at 39 was struggling to stand up without a few minutes of pain and stiffness. This pain went within weeks of starting classes, I was amazed and I’m so glad I joined! The classes are enjoyable and have a nice mix of exercises to keep it interesting week to week. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to MB Physiotherapy with a long term issue with my shoulder. Michelle assessed the issue and tailored specific exercises to strengthen the shoulder and improve mobility. She also encouraged me to attend physio led pilates which in turn improved my all round physical and mental health. I would recommend MB Physiotherapy as I felt comfortable discussing my injury but also felt listened to, Michelle cares about you making progress in all areas of fitness and wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I have thoroughly enjoyed the tuesday morning pilates class. Michelle starts with a nice gentle warm up before starting the exercises. On the mat you work at your own level so you don’t feel pressured if you’re a beginner or have mobility problems. It’s not a strenuous workout & gradually you’re able to do the more challenging things eg plank. Michelle is always on hand or walking around to check your position/posture when needed. Michelle continues to talk to us throughout and everyone is at ease during this friendly class. I have found attending has been very beneficial to my health and fitness.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Michelle with a knee injury not only has she fixed me she has given me advice on strength training I should be doing to help with my running.Also she has done a gait analysis on me to show me how I’m landing and how to improve it.Overall I’ve found Michelle to be very knowledgeable,professional and would highly recommend her.
