Fantastic experience: I had the best training with Nicol. She gave me so much confidence, got me lifting heavier weights in no time and we had such a laugh in our sessions. There was always a great balance of being cared for but also pushed to worked harder. I feel amazing and strong and have a great routine in the gym now
Fantastic experience: Nicol is the best PT out there - she listens to exactly what you want to achieve, offers guidance and challenges you to push yourself on. She also knows how to make you feel comfortable using the equipment and making sure you form is correct. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Starting to train with Javaad was the best decision I ever made. I was a regular gym goer and had other personal trainers in the past, but Javaad took it to another level. My physique and strength improved dramatically and I was even able to master the technique of squatting and deadlifting properly - something I had never been able to achieve before! Javaad truly knows his stuff and always strives to get the best out of me. I look forward to every session, knowing it will be challenging but also enjoyable. I am so happy with my results and I cannot recommend Javaad highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Nicol Rossi - she is extremely knowledgeable and educates me on the mechanism and reason of each exercise. She pushes me beyond my limits (usually to failure), absolutely focuses on perfect technique with attention to details (she always says quality matters). She never allows me to do cheap reps. She is strategic with the training programs, tailoring my individual needs to hit my goal in the realistic approach. In addition, Nicol gives me some homework (such as planks and hollow body hold to improve my weakness). In parallel with the strength training, she provides me with a customized nutrition plan which is straightforward, and easy to understand). She also suggests to me on how to make wiser and better choices with the list of variety of alternative food. It has been great working with Nicol: she is always accountable, responsive, and around to answer my random questions. I always look forward to the session with her except the day she checks my weight as I sometimes feel that she wants me to reach my target more than I desire. Overall, Nicol is a top-notch personal trainer and good fun to be around, and I thoroughly enjoy every session with her.
