Fantastic experience: Cant say I wasnt disappointed when Sarah told us the classes at Warden were finishing and she was buying a boabut I'd done zoom classes during covid lockdown so decided to keep up all the good work and book recorded online classes that I can do at home twice a week and no drive home! Going to pilates has helped so much with neck and shoulder pain and improved posture. I love the new classes, different challenges clearly explained, watching different scenery and people go past and the chat the time goes so fast and when Sarah says drop your shoulders I think shes speaking to me personally. ⏰️ 5.30am is my favourite time for class just now before anyone else is up - sets you up for the day - thanks Sarah

Fantastic experience: I’ve been lucky to have been able to take pilates classes online with, in my opinion, one of the top pilates instructors in the north east, if not the whole of the UK! I don’t live locally to Sarah at Perfectly Pilates but had heard great things from a friend, so until they launched online classes, I couldn’t attend their classes or be taught by Sarah but lockdown has meant I can do this now from the convenience of my home online with this brilliant and friendly teacher. I’ve been able to get expert tuition and Sarah’s descriptions and visualisations of the movements and how it should feel if it is done right or wrong are excellent and meant I could understand exactly what I should be doing and how I should be moving all the time which isn’t often the case with online classes and videos. It’s so easy to follow and do properly which meant that I felt more flexibility and ease in my body after my first session and stronger too only a couple of sessions later. I actually have a better understanding of what the core is now and how to use it properly without over doing it and how to protect my joints and move my whole body better. Thank you to Sarah Wilkinson of Perfectly Pilates UK, who I wholeheartedly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Sarah from Perfectly Pilates by my osteopath who felt that she would be able to help with a very weak and damaged back and leg. And I’m so glad I started taking her classes. Sarah is a brilliant teacher. She’s engaging. Her classes are fun. Her knowledge of the human body and how it works is up there with any physio I’ve ever seen. If you want a toned, strong body, this is for you. This is a real workout. If you’ve tried other forms of exercise and been bored or not stuck at them, then this is for you. An hour with Sarah feels like ten minutes!
