Fantastic experience: I've been training with Diletta for just over a month, and it’s truly been the best decision for my fitness journey. Choosing Diletta as my personal trainer was an easy decision, as she was immediately open to working with my vegan diet—a refreshing change, as other gyms I tried just weren’t as supportive or flexible in this area. Dieletta’s commitment to helping me reach my goals is unmatched. She’s not only knowledgeable and motivating but has quickly become my fitness hero! Diletta is a fantastic person who genuinely cares, and she explains each exercise with such clarity that I feel more confident and capable with every session. She constantly pushes me to stay focused and doesn’t let emotions get in the way of my progress, which has been transformative. Investing in PT sessions with her is absolutely worth it. The gym itself is outstanding—well-equipped with everything you need for strength and cardio training. The changing rooms are spotless and include saunas and showers, providing the perfect space to unwind post-workout. The whole gym is impeccably clean, and the equipment is always in top condition. A great bonus is the on-site café, which offers quality coffee and protein shakes—a perfect treat after a tough session! If you’re looking for a dedicated, inspiring trainer who truly listens to your needs and a first-class gym environment, I can’t recommend Diletta and this gym enough!

Fantastic experience: Thought the new coach was really good. Great attention to detail great demonstration showing how to get good form. Really impressed with him. My only criticism was that there was 11 in the class and he didn’t split into circuit and weight groups so felt a bit over crowded and not enough equipment to go round on the AMRAP, other than that a great edition to the LVL5 team

Fantastic experience: Went to the coffee/smoothie shop today, and it was great!! Didn’t use the gym as I just wanted a refreshing smoothie and this place quenched my thirst. Lovley vibes inside, super clean as well. They also sell protein powder (which you can add to your smoothie) and pre-workout and some other gym supplements. Also sell pre-made high protein gym meals. Definitely recommend this place, very refreshing to have some healthy drinks. Staff are very nice as well.

Fantastic experience: LVL5 .. What a great friendly and professionally run business. With exceptional multi purpose training room and a fully equipped resistance and cardio gym it was the perfect environment to reboot my training. With the help of Anthoney my PT and a specific training plan i am seeing improvements in my fitness and strength every session. Thank you LVL5 and the team. Chris

The atmosphere is relaxing and everywhere is spotlessly clean . We also enquired about the gym and Rugby offered us a tour of the gym . It’s amazing, I shall be joining soon. Fantastic experience: What a great gym! I don't normally leave reviews, but LVL5 deserve the praise. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, brand new equipment (inc. Watt Bike Atoms) and a high quality finish all around. The sauna and free fruit are added bonuses. Coming to llandudno a few weeks a year for holiday, I'll be getting a week pass every time but would be signing up permanently if I lived local.

Fantastic experience: Ruby was super accommodating today, we popped in for a smoothie on passing and noticed there was a gym! She offered to show us around straight away and give us a full tour of facilities and explained everything in so much depth which was super appreciated

Fantastic experience: Been using the classes for a few weeks now and I’m thoroughly enjoying being challenged and learning new techniques. Love how the class is varied and the instructors pay attention to each participant - encouraging you to go outside your comfort zone and correcting and complimenting your technique and effort.

The gym equipment is top notch and well maintained making every workout enjoyable. The addition of a café downstairs is a game-changer. Nothing beats refuelling with a delicious snack or smoothie after a rewarding session. The staff anre incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions or fitness advice. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a motivating environment to achieve their fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot thank Diletta and the LVL 5 team enough! Diletta has been absolutely incredibile. Such a supportive, approachable coach who has been so patient and compassionate with me. She took time to get to know me, to understand my anxiety around being in the gym and my fear of being judged or laughed at, and worked with me to make positive steps towards a happier and healthier lifestyle. She has pushed me (in the best possible way) to achieve things I absolutely did not think were possible for me! With Diletta’s support, I’ve been able to attend LVL 5 classes and have become part of the class team. The atmosphere is so welcoming and encouraging- unlike any other gym I have ever been to. Diletta is the most amazingly genuine, down to earth, approachable and understanding trainer. She is your biggest supporter and will cheer you on even when you are at your lowest! It’s like having a trainer and a best friend in one. Thank you Diletta. And thank you LVL 5.

Fantastic experience: I went to LVL5 for the first time today as a day pass visitor. It was excellent value. The facilities are first-rate and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I did a class with Ant and then relaxed in the infrared sauna before a delicious coffee. A morning well spent! My schedule doesn't allow for me to join as a member but I'll definitely be getting day passes on a regular basis. Thanks, LVL5!

Fantastic experience: Did a class this evening with Diletta and loved it! Was a good mixture between strength and cardio, I really enjoy the classes with Diletta as she always pushes you to do more and Diletta will always notice when you can give a bit more (unfortunately). Cant wait to do more classes and to enjoy the gym and facilities. Thank you to everyone that works at LVL5 for being welcoming!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, absolutely love the classes. All different coaches have their own styles which is great for variety. The open gym equipment is fantastic and you don’t feel like everyone is watching you. The showers and changing rooms are so nice, and GHDs finish it off perfectly! Sauna looks awesome but I’ve not actually been in yet, something to look forward to! Coffee is the best in town to be fair! All the staff are just lovely……even when coaching a session

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym when they first opened and I’m so glad I did. The gym machines and equipment are brilliant, plenty of variety and very high quality equipment. The changing rooms and sauna are beautiful. The cafe downstairs is ideal, plenty of selection and good strong coffee All the team are extremely helpful and lovely to talk to and make you feel very comfortable there. Very impressive unlike any gym I’ve experienced in North Wales ☺️

Fantastic experience: Wow absolutely fantastic Cafe / Gym concept. It's not often you walk into an establishment finished in such great taste. Hats off to the designer and owners. The great design and atmosphere is topped off by customer service that would feel at home in Mayfair London. I was served by a lady called Ruby who I think is the manager. She was very attentive and went above and beyond which you don't often get these days. Even though the place feels upmarket I was in my gym clothes and didn't feel out of place while doing some work on my laptop. Can't wait to return.

Fantastic experience: WOW what a place! I honestly had the best afternoon. I purchased a day pass to try it out before committing. LVL5 gym is amazing, I LOVED it! The equipment, the vibe, the staff that I spoke to, just overall fab! Thank you to Rich for showing me round and explaining equipment I wasn’t sure about! I even had 15minutes in the infrared sauna to finish off a great session! I’ll be back for sure!

Fantastic experience: Amazing New Gym that simply is on an other level offering from Pre-Workout shakes to Saunas in the changing rooms. The overall experience is just on another level and the equipment is brand new and high quality.
