Fantastic experience: Found this gym whilst working away with work! Absolutely amazing with a huge amount of equipment! Huge supply of strongman equipment also! Friendly staff on reception and loads of options for protein shakes/snacks etc! Will be visiting again!

Fantastic experience: Love it, It's clean and with a very great atmosphere. Clients are helpful as well as staff members. I recommend it as the equipment is unique, it is build for tarining and developing the core moscules. The equipment is very different. It's not like other gyms I have ever seen. Man work out is a true workout in here. It's a manly gym. Decent. You feel alive in here. God bless you all.

Fantastic experience: A year ago if you would have told me that I’d enjoy going to what I perceived as a gym that would only be suited to bodybuilders, I’d have laughed. But after being recommended by my friend Lucy for nearly 5 years, I but the bullet and started going 2 times a week, sometimes 3. I’ve never enjoyed going to the gym before, as I never knew what I was doing or felt inadequate (I have a very average/overweight physique) but in the last two months down to not only my friend, but other peoples help, that both work at the gym and other that are just patrons, I’ve learnt so much, started seeing small changes in my body and actually look forward to going! An amazing group of people throughout and I’d recommend ANYONE of any ability take the leap and join evolution

Fantastic experience: When I read the reviews on here I had to visit the gym to see for myself. I can honestly say I've never been to a friendlier place. Loved the atmosphere and equipment so much I joined with 3 months still on my membership at another gym. It really does blow the rest out of the water. There are no egos, and no bullsh*t, exactly what I've been looking for in a gym. On my walkaround with the lady manning the reception, she apologised because it was "a bit messy", I kid you not, the mess was a single plate not on its rack. I suggest that anyone taking their training seriously turns up and has a trial session.

You can go in and do your own thing or join in with group sessions. a whole range of great PTs here but lots of high class athletes that will happily help you out with advise also. you can find everything here from physiotherapy to barber shops! best gym I've been to.

Not only you can flip tires you can pull trucks if you what to add to your work out. people travel far and wide to come to this fantastic gym. Full of top level athletes. So yes this it the best GYM go to. It’s a friendly environment makes you feel very welcome and children are welcome to work out with you on a programme not like some gyms ware you have to be 18. soon as you walk through the door you are welcomed. Very clean shower rooms. What an amazing gym and they have special events Going so what are you waiting for pop down and have a chat to one of the members and join Up you won’t be disappointed. You won’t find a better gym going around. ️‍♀️️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best gym in Kent, and possible the country. Not only are the facilities absolutely fantastic, the staff are extremely welcoming. Making you feel like family from the minute you walk through the door! Having currently moved up north I haven’t found a gym like this. Nowhere near. I wish they would open a gym here as there’s just nothing like it! If you haven’t been. Get yourself down there! You will not be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I've trained in many gyms for over forty years, it's hard to find somewhere which is as friendly and well equipped as evolution gym. Andy, April and the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. This isn't just one of the best gyms in the area it's one of the best in the UK.

Fantastic experience: The best gym i have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and helpful they have become a second family to me. Through going to this gym i also took part in something i never thought i would do, a charity truck pull!! Yep i pulled an 8tonne truck, i would never of thought i could do this if it wasnt for the encouragement and support i got from everyone there. Best gym ever!!!!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym! Andy & April are possibly the nicest and gym owners in the country (apologies all other gym owners) The gym is INCREDIBLY well equipped, with Watson equipment everywhere. The atmosphere in the gym is electric, the staff and members are all really friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this gym to EVERYONE, I personally travel over an hour each way just to come here, I'd easily say the best gym in Kent, definitely the best in the south east, probably in the top 5 gyms in the entire UK.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many many gyms and can safely say that I wouldn't go anywhere else. It is such a welcoming place to go train, and such a diverse collective of people that attend which is really nice to see. Some great people to learn from and fantastic equipment. The ethos and etiquette promoted in the gym by the staff is fantastic too. I really can not sing Evolutions praises enough. Best Gym in Kent!!!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with a vast diverse setup. Whatever your fitness goal (strength, functional fitness, improving cardiovascular fitness, increasing speed, power or flexibility) this family run gym has it all. No egos, just pleasant, helpful staff that are always on hand to offer guidance and helpful tips. They offer numerous different martial arts classes from extremely skilled trainers with an abundance of knowledge and experience under their belts whilst also housing their own osteopath and masseuses. I would recommend this training facility to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Top gym in Kent possibly south of England. Equipment first class there is no doubt. dumbbells range from 3-100 kilograms. Home also to Terry Hollands the 2x bronze medalist at the Worlds Strongest Man. Changing rooms and showers clean and above all friendliest of owners and staff.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, perfect place for those hardcore bodybuilders and functional workouts. There is an abundance of free weights, an area upstairs for cardio and even a matted area for martial arts sparring/jiujitsu etc.
