Fantastic experience: Gosh if I could give a hundred stars I would This gym is so well run Katy and Matt clearly work very hard on their business as well as themselves Myself I’ve been having personal training from Katy and she’s such a good coach pushing me by just enough for me to keep going and improving I’m amazed at the weights I’m lifting..although still minimal to the experienced gym goer for me it’s incredible Her enthusiasm and motivational dialect is priceless I am so enjoying my visits The people who go there are all so friendly and at varied levels on their journey It’s honestly a very healthy environment to be in and I’m so pleased I’ve found it Ps the cafes great too and I’m going to be getting a lunch from them a smoothie or maybe one of their great coffees as I’m on the go with my taxi service Around the south hams Hahahah I’m looking forward to wearing crop tops again
