Gregor Ridley Personal Fitness

Fantastic experience: As a runner I avoided training in the gym, preferring to just run outside in the fresh air. Gregor has helped me appreciate the benefits of weekly gym sessions to build strength and make me a stronger runner. With his help and encouragement I reduced my marathon PB by 8 minutes. Throughout this year Gegor has supported me through injury adapting my program allowing me to continue to train without causing any further injury. Gregor is enthusiatic keeping sessions interesting but challenging. I would highly recommend Gregor as a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Gregor for almost two years. In that time he helped me achieve more than I could of ever imagined prior to my wedding. I dropped two dress sizes and got married with the perfect arms I had only ever dreamt about. He has since guided me through a very tough pregnancy keeping me as active as possible until I was 35 weeks. He is currently helping me shed the post baby pounds. His knowledge and patience has completely changed the way I train, spending less time in the gym and achieving better results. I am a happier, healthier, fitter person. Everyone needs a bit of Gregor in their life. Can't recommend him highly enough.
