Fantastic experience: Craig put me at ease from the very first session. His workouts were cleverly targeted towards my requests and I felt suitably challenged, but never overwhelmed. I would highly recommend Craig.

Fantastic experience: Before I started training with Craig the most polite way to describe me was a weed; skin, bone and a little bit of puppy fat. When I finally made the decision to do something about this Craig was recommended to me, I won't lie at first I was a little dubious as to whether he could transform me into the image I wanted or kill me in the process. Almost a year down the line and I honestly can't express my appreciation to him enough! through amazing support, advice and knowing my limits he's transformed me from someone who couldn't run 100m without gasping for breath to someone who's now easily squatting 100kg. Criag hasn't just done wonders for my physical appearance, he's made me realise that I had set the bar far too low on my ambitions and I'm now aiming miles ahead of where I initially was. It's not easy, in fact it will probably be one of the hardest things you've ever done, but if you give this guy your maximum effort and commitment I can guarantee he will bring you the results and a few laughs along the way!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Craig enough! I used Craig’s online workouts as this was the most convenient for me as I was able to complete them at home in my own time around work. Craig consistently checked in, provided varied workouts tailored to me and gave me the motivation I needed whilst in the comfort of my own home. We set personal goals and I saw results very quickly, both physically and mentally. And my fitness/stamina levels improved hugely. Craig is always extremely knowledgeable & approachable :D
Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Craig enough! Not only does he know his way around a gym, he knows the mental impact exercise can have! Craig helped me realise exercise isn’t just to “lose weight”. Exercise is now my get away from stress as well as gaining strength physically I’ve gained strength mentally! Craig pushes me when I need it and knows when to rest, he makes every session personal to your needs rather than a generic programme, it’s tailored to you. This helps to feel like your on track and working at the best pace for you as well as pushing you to the goals you’ve set! Craig is a very understanding Pt, who I will always recommend. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Craig for the past year and I would like to thoroughly recommend him and the gym. Craig is an excellent PT. He took a good assessment of my situation and worked out a plan to help me build up strength and stamina, always encouraging and working around my limitations but also making sure that I’m making progress. I always leave my sessions with a smile. He’s got a great positive attitude and it doesn’t matter at all if you are young or old, big or small, experienced or new to work outs. This is the first gym I visited, so I can’t compare much but I find it friendly and unthreatening with a mix of ordinary clients like me just wanting to get or stay fit but I’m sure serious weight lifters would find their space too. The PTs are trying their best at the moment to keep everything socially distanced and take care to clean equipment regularly after use. The PTs also have online sessions if wanted and during the summer lockdown we met on the Commons for sessions which was good fun.
I’m absolutely delighted with the amount of progress you’ve made Hubertus! The improvements you’ve made on your plank and leg press are phenomenal. Keep going!
