Fantastic experience: This is a little ‘gem of a gym’. Dean listened to my needs and limitations and has devised a fitness programme that incorporates everything I need to get me fitter, more flexible and stronger. Every session is enjoyable but always challenging and he pushes me to achieve the best of myself. If you are looking for a small gym environment then you wouldn’t find any better.

Fantastic experience: Dean and his team are the nicest, friendliest group of people, as are all the members at the gym. The gym is always spotlessly clean, and well worth the membership fee. If looking for a lovely place to train, I would highly recommend.

It's such a friendly gym, kept immaculately clean and has all the best equipment. For anyone who's excuse not to go to gym is "I hate those pretentious places" or "the people in there scare me", this is the place for you! Dean, his team and all the members we have ever met make you feel extremely welcome.
