Claire and Joules are brilliant coaches - friendly, welcoming to all, knowledgeable and put so much effort into planning fun sessions. Everyone has a laugh but equally works hard. Give it a whirl you absolutely won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I don’t “do” gym … I never stick at it … this place is so different…it is fun and enjoyable and so good for mental and physical health. Ladies only so that’s great too and very varied exercise… thoroughly recommend..
