Benefit Pole & Aerial Dance Studio

Fantastic experience: Really recommend this studio.! I've done a combo of pole and aerial yoga since I joined back in may this year and thoroughly enjoy it. The teachers are super friendly and make you feel welcome and the community as a whole is a great place to be a part of.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has just had her first class in the Ariel Hoop. She absolutely loved it and said how kind the girls were to her and the teacher was awesome. Booked for her to go again :)

Fantastic experience: Long been a fan of Benefit! A safe and fun place to be! I have tried pole, hoop and yoga. Tonight I gave Ariel yoga a bash! Great fun n strangely relaxing! Age and fitness level (or in my case lack of lol) is immaterial as you will be made welcome.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here well over a year. Really supportive group both in your fitness as well as wellbeing. Always have the best laughs too. It's a place of growth for your fitness with no judgement from anyone and everyone helps everyone and uplifts you and even if you've got something going on in your life, they understand and look to support in any way they can. Cannot think of a better group to be around. There are different sessions to choose from and you can mix and match your classes to find what suits you and they have worked hard to add new classes such as yoga and meditation to the timetable of pole, hoop and silks and now have a range of clothing. They also have special guests come for classes and workshops at discount rates, put shows together, help you build confidence and strength in yourself. Honestly the name says it all and couldn't ask for a better place.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved the Aerial Yoga session, which I tried for the first time last week. I have done a bit of yoga previously, but some postures can be difficult to achieve without the support of the material. Aerial yoga allows a much deeper stretch and is so relaxing when you complete the settling, using the material as a cocoon. Bridie is great at demonstrating and supportive when trying out new postures. She is super friendly and welcoming too. Definitely give this a go!!

Fantastic experience: Been doing beginners pole classes in here since July 2021 and I have never looked back. An absolutely brilliant areal arts studio. The instructions are so amazing, they are welcoming, understanding and helpful. Never had a bad class in here. I’ve tried hoop class and that was brilliant too. I would definitely encourage anyone to try this studio. Your size, confidence and age will not get in your way of having incredible time. All students are great too, lots of support and fun. 5/5 always!

Ogromny plus za to że posiadają tez zajęcia dla dzieci! Świetna lokalizacja. Lokal znajduje się tuz przy przystanku autobusowym. Dostępne są rowniez miejsca parkingowe. W środku czysto.
