Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed the 8 week challenge at TBH with Phoebe as my PT and I couldn’t be happier! After years and years of attempting going to the gym, and weight gaining gradually to a point I was starting to feel unhappy with my appearance, I can finally say I am getting amazing results all thanks to Phoebe, Tom, Emily and the rest of the TBH team checking in, encouraging me to do better and just pushing me further than I thought I could go. Fantastic experience: If you’re looking to get fit for the first time or wanting to get back into shape after a long break like me, this is the place to come. An informal chat to find out more about you and your goals starts your journey. It’s a safe environment for those who are not as confident where everyone makes you feel welcome. Plenty of support and advice from Phoebe if you need it. Not your typical gym environment, one that allows you to progress at your own pace and gives you that push when needed, but you’ll soon start to see the results and push yourself. Consider it as an investment in YOU.
Fantastic experience: I joined TBH because I was at a crossroads with constant yo-yo diets and training in the gym but achieving nothing. Pheobe really changed that for me. She gently encouraged me to be accountable for the food I was eating and gave me meal plans and ideas to follow. Her regular check ins throughout the week kept me on track and made making better choices easier. The training was just as important, she has encouraged me to slowly increase my weights I’m lifting and because of that I’ve watched my body change considerably. TBH isn’t a diet or workout it’s a change of lifestyle that’s achievable and can be maintained whilst enjoying life too.
Fantastic experience: Thax to the team TBH for a Brilliant 8weeks challenge I had. Things that happened closer to home hit reality and pushed me to join your Gym and to challenge myself. It was worth it. Joined at 112kg, I managed to shed 10kg in 7weeks. Through the nutrients that Phoebe recommended to take which I stuck on it and it worked. Phoebe you have been brilliant.Tom you have been outstanding with all advise that you gave and pushed me to do better and to give 100% when in training.May be I’ve pushed myself too far..lol. TBH you have been brilliant. Well done, Challengers keep on Challenging yourself to do better. Salute!!!
Fantastic experience: Honestly Phoebe and the team are amazing. So supportive. Within two months I've gone down nearly 2 dress sizes. I have a tissue disorder so I never thought I would be able to run, lift weights like I am now. Honestly my life has changed for the better.
Fantastic experience: Phoebe is amazing! She pushes me during the Bootcamp sessions, I achieve more in each exercise than I thought possible when I started at Bootcamp. She’s also there away from Bootcamps so that I can ask questions and get help where I need it. She’s brilliant at pushing, supporting but also making changes where I have injuries that stop me doing exercises. Thank you Phoebe.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant place to work out would highly recommend it. Phoebe is absolutely amazing, she pushes, encourages and supports you all the way. The sessions are not easy but they aren't meant to be. It shows you you can push yourself that little bit harder. Fantastic experience: Hi its Mike :) just wanted to say thank you for my time in bootcamp with the great guidance and information from Marcus who has my coach and the spirit from not only Tom and other staff but the whole TBH members you post something in the chat and you are suddenly lifted by support, kind messages, applause and motivation to keep going. Since joining TBH bootcamp i have lost 2.4 stone but unfortunately have had to leave due to my own things in life but i am determined to carry on eating correctly, regular workouts and when i am in more of a stable place i will be making a return and train with you all for the London Olympia. Fantastic experience: I was in really in bad health condition overweight back pain and all. Spent only 2 months at TBH lost 12kg unbelievable no more body pains felt my heart pumping. All you have to do is follow the instructions honestly. Special thanks to phoebe helped me so much with easy and quick diet plan as i am too busy or lazy to prep it. Best invested in health ever. For almost 10 years i was thinking to start healthy life style they set me on track.
Fantastic experience: I recently joined TBH, but unfortunately, I had to cancel my membership shortly after due to personal circumstances. Despite not being able to train there, I was very impressed with their customer service. Tom was incredibly polite and understanding throughout the process. He listened to my situation and ensured that my refund was handled smoothly and quickly. His professionalism and kindness left a lasting positive impression. Although I couldn't take advantage of their facilities and training, I highly recommend TBH as they are a group of dedicated and down to earth people, based on their excellent customer service and the respectful manner in which they treated me. Fantastic experience: I initially signed up for a 16 week transformation programme after being diagnosed with a severe lung condition caused by smoking. I was overweight, unfit and feeing really lousy. With the support of my primary PT Phoebe, and additional classes run by Marcus and Tom, I completed the programme. I lost a stone in weight, dramatically improved my fitness, and feel physically and mentally better than I have done in many years. I was so pleased with the results I chose to commit to another 12 months. The environment is friendly, supportive and has a community feel, unlike many gyms I’ve attended. Fantastic experience: Nothing can beat the classes. Phoebe, Marcus and Tom are all excellent and you are in a supportive and non judgmental environment. Plans are tailored to you and can be as hands on or off as you want I hated exercise prior to this but they made everything make sense. The prices are incredibly reasonable. If you’re considering it, go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Fitness was not something that I was really into and I always tried things and gave up once it got boring or I didn't want to do it anymore once it got hard. Tbh won't allow that! They will guide you, answer all your questions and more importantly support you and give you the back up you need to take accountability, especially if working towards a goal (which they will ensure is realistic and achievable!). They won't let you get bored or let it be too hard. They will push you but also slow things down and expect you to have a life and other commitments! Everyone is so friendly and everyone is on their own journey. No one is judging you and you go to where you want to go. I am loving it and want to continue here for as long as possible!!
Fantastic experience: The Bootcamp sessions that Tom runs are great! The new venue is fab and he has some fab equipment. Tom adapts exercises to suit individuals and his energy is amazing. I’d highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I started training with Tom and going to TBH bootcamps with the aim of getting back into a healthy (and manageable!) routine with fitness a couple years after having a baby, and having de-prioritised that part of my life. I have been able to integrate bootcamps and training into my life and around my schedule, and since starting training with TBH have come so far in changing my mindset and habits in regards to healthy eating and exersicing. It's the first training 'program' I've been on that I've actually enjoyed at the same time as seeing results. Thanks Tom!
Fantastic experience: After years of searching for my perfect fitness establishment I came across TBH Bootcamp. Having had 2 children in 3 years I had lost my confidence in terms of training and was desperate to gain my pre pregnancy levels of fitness. Fantastic experience: The support and encouragement you get is amazing. There is no expectation in terms of being fit and you get help all the way. This is not just a gym but a community of people who are very supportive of each other. This is also not just about weight loss but in the six weeks your mindset around healthy choices will change for the better. The coaches are patient and treat people individually based on your needs. Fantastic experience: Only 3 weeks in and my mindset is already shifting as well as the weight! Impressive facilities which house the most positive and supportive ethos I’ve ever known in any gym or coaching service. This is much more than just turning up for boot camp sessions: it’s motivation, accountability, expert guidance and more… all which provide positive health, wellbeing and results! Oh and you become part of one awesome team of people.
Fantastic experience: I have recently started going to Tom's bootcamp sessions. I've spent a long time joining gyms and making excuses to not go and workout, and these sessions are the first thing I've done that I've really enjoyed and actually attend! Tom is great, adapting exercises to suit ability or injury and the bootcamps really are non-judgmental which is what I needed as I get very self conscious in gyms. I'd highly recommend the bootcamp sessions and Tom himself as a PT - he's fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Tom is amazing at what he does, I would 100% recommend! Seriously. If you want to kick start your new year, or anytime (like me!) I can't recommend this enough. You will have improved physical health, mental health, have a better relationship with food and you might even lose a few inches and pounds to go with it! It’s a great community to be involved in too. What's not to love?
Fantastic experience: So I've been on this course for 6 weeks now and I've lost a few kg. I always considered myself to be unhealthy and I'd been developing one hell of a dad bod in the past year and honestly the drive and focus that these guys give you is unreal. I am the worst when it comes to gyms as I'll go and I'll flit about between machines without really any focus or goal but on this course they do exercises that target each and every area of the body and doing it as a class for me personally gives me more of a drive to do more as I love being challenged and I'm a bit competitive. All the guys here that I've met are genuinely down to earth and really friendly. I'm loving every session which is still a surprise to me as I really hate exercise and sweating
Fantastic experience: I'm just coming to the end of my first 6 weeks with TBH and it's one of the best decisions I've made! I've always struggled with weight and exercise but the support and motivation pushes you get from the team is amazing and I'm already half a stone down and feeling so much better in myself. Tom helped to introduce me and settle in and has supported along the way, and Marcus has kept me on track every week and is always there if needed! An investment to your health is always recommended, but and investment via TBH Bootcamps is my recommendation!
Fantastic experience: What can I say but joining TBH has been the most positive experience. I was really scared about joining as I was over weight and very unfit and worried about being out of my comfort zone. From day one of speaking to Tom he was welcoming, understanding and reassuring. I am now 7 months in have lost 2 stone and feel so much fitter. Everyone in the group is so welcoming as well which is so nice. Tom, Marcus and Greg are just amazing and they will push you to get the most out of sessions but always give a different way of doing something so you don’t injure yourself. Sessions are always varied so you don’t get bored. The main thing is they care about your journey and are always available to help you through tough times while keeping you motivated. Weekly accountability check in keeps you on track as well.
Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d be someone who actively wants to go to the gym multiple times a week but I have just ‘clicked’ with TBH Bootcamps and it’s all down to Tom, Marcus and Greg! Fantastic experience: Joined bootcamp beginning of January Tried the taster session...loved it Tried two days a week in January...loved it Moving to three days a week in February The sessions let you challenge yourself across all levels and Tom is great at ensuring your form is good so no unnecessary risk And the best bit is the variety in each session makes them enjoyable as well as challenging Also a great bunch of fellow bootcampers and like Tom make you welcome with lots of smiles Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: After years of trying nearly every diet under the sun, working with personal trainers and never seeing any change, I cannot express how good it feels to be at my lowest weight in many years and not be on a diet. I never go without and I still get to live my life to the fullest whilst losing weight! TBH has honestly changed my outlook on my own fitness and health. Making it a priority isn't difficult when you are working with the right people.

Fantastic experience: In my 40s and have been WFH since lockdown and really needed to do something fitness related but not a gym person at all so gave this a try. I started to attend a session once a week to get out in the fresh air and I find the group very friendly and Tom is very encouraging but caters for your individual capabilities at the same time. Fantastic experience: Was a really good leg session today. Not worked my legs so hard in a long while. Will be interesting how they are tomorrow and Saturday. Fantastic experience: Tom’s bootcamps are great; he’s a lovely guy, very encouraging and always on hand to help with form and technique. The exercises are different each time, keeping it fresh and helping with progress. The sessions are suitable for varying fitness levels and there’s a really nice mix of people that attend.
Fantastic experience: I have trained with multiple PTs in the past, but Tom has to be the best of the best. Patient, knowledgeable, and makes the sessions fly by and not even realise the hardwork you are putting in. What's more the diet plans and the gym session plans are simple and easy to follow preventing any burning out. Thank you Tom for enabling to lose 16kg!
Fantastic experience: Tom was fantastic! I suffer with sciatica and found it hard to exercise. He got advice from physiotherapist and all of a sudden I was exercising with no pain! I started feeling physically better and mentally! He encouraged me and made me want to succeed! Thank you again Tom! X

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Tom's Tuesday bootcamps for around 6 months now and would definitely recommend! I was a bit out of practice and hadn't attended any group sessions for a while so was a bit nervous. But the sessions suit all abilities and you can take it at your own pace, there's a real mix of ages that come along too. There's always something different each week so keeps it nice and varied. If you're feeling a bit nervous about exercise this is a great way to get back on track in a nice supportive environment.
Fantastic experience: I have been working with TBH since Jan 2022. Tom has been a great trainer, offering insight and support when needed and pushing me when needed. It hasn’t just been about losing weight (although I have), but also pushing the way I feel and giving me better confidence. Tom continues to guide and push me to improve my overall health. I’ve found the use of the boot camps really useful, and the community and support that brings is invaluable
Fantastic experience: Having been overweight and lacking in confidence I had given up on trying to do anything about it. But then I contacted Tom and started my journey with TBH. Over the last 5 months my twice weekly personal training sessions with Tom have been so motivational and also fun. He immediately put me at ease and reassured me that I am capable of getting fit and healthy again. With each session I could feel myself getting fitter and Tom always makes sure I am pushing beyond what I felt was my limit. He is so encouraging and really made me feel at ease. His knowledge of exercise and diet is extensive and most of all he really cares. I have now lost 2 stone and 9 lb and I am confident enough to exercise with others at the TBH bootcamp twice weekly. Tom has created a lovely community of people here all with the same goal of keeping fit and healthy. And it's fun too! For anyone hesitating, as I was, give Tom a call. You won't regret it! I feel fitter, healthier and more confident than I have in 25 years!!
Fantastic experience: I love Tom’s bootcamps! Everyone is very friendly and Tom is always full of encouragement, makes sure you are doing the exercises properly, and offers great advice on keeping healthy. I originally started going just once a week, but have enjoyed it so much I go twice, sometimes more. I feel better, stronger and more agile since starting, and my back issues have almost disappeared! Fantastic experience: I've been going to TBH for over a year now and is such a great Bootcamp. Its really relaxed and Tom makes everyone feel welcome, along with everyone else. I know my fitness has improved and although can be tough is good fun too. I would recommend to anyone who wants to try something different and feel motivated for exercise again!
Fantastic experience: Love TBH bootcamps. I’ve struggled to find a fitness class that I’ve enjoyed and felt comfortable in but Tom makes each session interesting and challenging, with every day having a different theme, and changing exercises each week. The group is friending, welcoming and encouraging. My fitness levels have increased and I feel happier and more confident in myself. I genuinely look forward to my bootcamp visits.

Fantastic experience: I’m relatively new to the bootcamp sessions and it’s been a while since I’ve done any exercise so I wasn’t sure if this was for me but I love it and dare I say…I look forward to each session! Tom is fantastic. Knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive and always has a “surprise” up his sleeve to push us that little bit further. There’s a great social element to the sessions and group banter is an added benefit! To anyone not sure if it’s for them, just give it a whirl! You won’t regret it.
Fantastic experience: Tom is the absolute best PT out there. I came to him with an injury at the start and he was so supportive and caring, helping me to build exercise back into my routine and keeping me accountable. I became so much more confident with exercise and also in myself more generally. I cannot thank him enough for helping me to achieve my goals whilst having so much fun along the way! Fantastic experience: Tom inspires the whole group every session. We are at varying levels of fitness and ages but that makes it that much more fun! He encourages and tweeks our technique. The only downside is he can't count so a 60 second round is often more like 90 . If you are tempted by bootcamp give it a go you won't regret it.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Tom’s boot camps for about 4 months now,I can say I enjoy every session. Tom is there to guide you through all exercises and give you that gentle push of encouragement when needed.
Fantastic experience: I love Tom's bootcamp. You work very hard but you have great fun. It's a supportive, friendly group with a lot of encouragement from Tom. He explains everything clearly and helps you with the exercises. You feel the burn, it definitely works!
Fantastic experience: Many thanks for helping me with my journey on my weight loss. Having started on January 02. 2021 i have currently lost 1 stone and 4 pounds. this has been very easy following your plan. Admittedly I have followed it to the letter of the law with the help from my wife. There has been some weeks that went wrong due to Holidays and a big 50 birthday but getting back into it is so easy as the results show each week. I have mainly lost between 1 or 2 pound per week. The plan is easy to follow with all weights and measurements included. The meals are well balanced and I have never felt hungry afterwards. A decent breakfast to start the day with some healthy snacks to carry you through to lunch. A great lunch leaving you not to full leaving you feeling lethargic for the afternoon. A little sweet treat in the afternoon to pep you up to get to your evening meal. Then a satisfying meal to end the day. Each day was different and never felt as if you were eating the same thing each and everyday.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to bootcamp for a few months now and really enjoy it. Intense and pushes you to works hard which is what you want from bootcamp! Tom is really friendly and always puts on varied sessions which is a bonus.
Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Tom since January on a one to one basis, once a week and recently started his bootcamp classes. From a PT perspective he keeps it fresh every week and pushes me while having a laugh. In the bootcamp classes, he mixes up the exercises and makes it accessible to all abilities. Fantastic experience: I've loved these bootcamp sessions more than I thought I would and it's probably the longest I've ever stuck to any sort of exercise regime. I've joined every gym going over the years but I've much prefered being outdoors, even when it's been scorching hot or hammering it down. Tom is very motivational and encouraging, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I genuinely look forward to bootcamp with Tom - there is so much variety to the exercises each session it's always interesting, fun and challenging. He takes the time to make sure the technique is right and always helpful and cheerful. Have come into bootcamp with limited fitness and limited self-confidence - did not imagine I'd be grinning like an idiot whilst lifting a tyre over my head in the pouring rain. 100% recommend TBH!
Fantastic experience: I always look forward to my PT sessions with Tom and feel so much better afterwards. He has a great range of equipment, listens to your goals and every workout is different to keep it interesting. And somehow he always manages to be in a good mood, even first thing in the morning in the pouring rain! 100% recommended!
Fantastic experience: My teenage son has been training with Tom twice a week since the start of the year. He looks forward to every session and is really starting to see and feel the physical and mental benefits of the sessions. Tom takes into account what my son is looking to achieve and the results are really starting to show.
Fantastic experience: With lockdown taking it’s toll on my physical and mental health towards the end of 2020, I looked to get a PT for the new year (very cliché I know!). That’s when I found Tom, I now enjoy two sessions a week where he really puts me through my paces. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my overall mood and beginning to see the physical changes as well. We always joke about him getting me “beach body ready” for the summer and his sessions have become the highlight of my week, I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
Fantastic experience: After working with TBH for 2 months, I can confidently say I have seen a drastic improvement to my physical health. Every session is new, exciting and something to look forward to in the week. Tom is so personable and down to earth which means you are chatting to a mate whilst working out, a unique trait to Tom as a PT. I would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about joining the Bootcamp but Tom reassured me that everything would be fine and he was absolutely right. The group is lovely, so supportive and such a friendly bunch of people. A mix of abilities and Tom will always encourage and provide great advice on technique and working towards your end goal; every week’s workout is different which makes it more enjoyable and a challenge. My fitness has definitely improved and I’ve grown in confidence and ability. Would highly recommend Tom and would encourage anyone thinking about coming along to give it a try!
Fantastic experience: I started seeing Tom just after Christmas. At this point I was having to leave the top button of my work trousers open due to them not fitting! I was dreading my first session but Tom really put me at ease. He keeps each session interesting by varying exercises and areas to work on. I am really starting to see results! I'm feeling more energetic and I'm able to wear clothes that I thought would never fit again!! I never thought I'd say this but I'm actually enjoying exercise - thanks to Tom!
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Tom since the start of the year. We try out new things every session, and I definitely feel myself getting fitter and stronger as the weeks go by! Tom is extremely personable and a great trainer - I would recommend Tom to anybody thinking about getting a PT!
Fantastic experience: Tom’s is the first bootcamp I’ve ever been to and I would highly recommend him. Cheerful, positive, knowledgeable and motivating, he makes everyone feel welcome and supported. Exercising outdoors with a friendly bunch of bootcampers of all abilities makes it fun. Tom provides a good range of equipment and challenge and each week is different. With a choice of sessions four days a week, its a fantastic flexible option to fit in a good workout around busy lives.
