Fantastic experience: I joined here recently and cannot recommend highly enough. All the staff are super professional and friendly, and keep you motivated. The gym works well with booking sessions in advance and regular check-ins which keep you accountable for your fitness, but also make you feel looked after. The sessions are fast paced and engaging, good for people like me with a short attention span!

Fantastic experience: If you are having them same thoughts I did such as “I don’t know what to do in a gym” or “I don’t dare go incase people watch me” etc… then let me tell you the best thing you can do for yourself is join Fit House. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming. Each session is planned out and guided by coaches so you will never have to worry about not knowing what to do

Fantastic experience: Well where do I start! What a gym! I joined here in September 2022 and I genuinely cannot recommend Fit House gym enough! I was very anxious about starting a gym as I felt so self conscious, but from the first time I walked into Fit House HQ I immediately felt at ease the coaches are amazing and the other clients in the gym are all so friendly I have made some amazing friends and I don’t feel like working out is a chore Joining Fit House Gym has definitely changed my life I feel so much more confident in myself and I’ve never looked back!

Fantastic experience: Fit house gym to me is the number 1 gym in the town. The help and support from all of the coaches is unmatched anywhere else. The nutritional help available also keeps you on track. It’s different to any gym I’ve been to and I’ll never stop going

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to FitHouse for almost 3 years now and Jamie and the team have built a fantastic gym over that time. It’s so personal and a total community feel, I took a break due to injury and the pandemic but wasn’t long before I got too jealous of all the fun they were having and had to get back. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - so many classes and variety and amazing coaches who invest so much time and effort into making it the best gym in the town.

Fantastic experience: The most unique and friendly gym ever. If you want results this is the place to go. Jamie, the owner and head coach, it just incredible. He really knows his stuff. His knowledge of nutrition and coaching is 2nd to non. He has your back 100% and works with you every step of the way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. You have to experience it to believe it. After struggling for so long with weight loss and fitness I found fit house and have never looked back.
