Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere. Very good equipment.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Nottingham in my opinion. Great for powerlifting and bodybuilding. Lots of calibrated plates and power bars. The staff are really approachable and open to help at any point. The owner is willing to listen to any improvements suggested by members. And implements them quickly. Cannot fault anything about the gym.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and some great kit for all to use. Ben not only trains clients but is really friendly and extremely welcoming to all! The gym has some exclusive equipment which I, personally, have not seen anywhere else. Paradigm also has on-site parking, toilets and changing facilities. For the price it is, the gym is a 10/10 for me and my mates to train in. Would recommend to prospective gym goers, new gym goers and experienced members!
