Recharge and Revive Cold Water Therapy

Fantastic experience: The big man coached us through the cold water therapy session last night and we were in the water 5 mins. If he hadnt been there I’d of struggled to make 50 seconds. Great experience, will defo be back for more.

Fantastic experience: Loved this. Michael talked us through, what to do, what to expect.. my sister and I have already booked to come back. The therapy room was very tastefully set out, the lighting was lovely and added to the calming situation. The music and the chat kept us going and we managed to stay in the tubs for 10 minutes. Very surprising as I thought if I could manage 5 mins I'd be happy. Gave me a burst of energy that lasted all day, and then had the best sleep I've had in a while. Definitely a great experience and one to repeat. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: The facilities are really well looked after and top quality, the environment is personal and relaxed. I was asked what music I wanted on which was really good, physical information about what your body is going through was provided. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone living an active lifestyle who wants to try cold water therapy. Great after a spin class of swim.
