From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean, well-equipped facility and the welcoming atmosphere. The gym offers a wide range of modern equipment and a variety of classes that cater to all fitness levels. One of the standout features of Body Ethics is Coach Shane. His expertise and passion for fitness are evident in every session. Shane’s approach is personalized and encouraging, making each workout both challenging and enjoyable. He takes the time to understand each member’s goals and tailors his coaching to help them achieve their best.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, the staff always greet you with a smile and can’t do enough for you and are always on hand if you need a bit of advice, weather it be with training or nutrition.

Fantastic experience: Parents have just moved to Hitchin and I visit them from Amsterdam. I needed a gym with all the right equipment and could easily park. Great gym with all the equipment you need (the Watson stuff is particularly cool) and the staff are really friendly too. 4 min from my parents house, easily my gym of choice when I'm over. Pre workout / post session protein shakes are all fairly priced too and the place is incredibly clean. 5 stats for everyone that works there. Cheers!

I love the supportive environment BodyEthics’s has, it’s always so welcoming! I recommend my friends to join BodyEthics’s, it’s great for people who are new to the gym and people who go frequently!

The team are so friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and the coaches provide expert guidance that helps me get the most out of my fitness journey. I love how there are two floors, with state-of-the-art equipment. What sets this gym apart is that it makes you feel like a second home as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'm not a regular gym person - I tend to exercise outdoors - however I wanted a focused 3 month 1:1 strength programme. Paul was my 1:1 personal trainer, he was really knowledgeable and made a great programme for me. The range of equipment is amazing and I am so pleased with the results. Paul always made the sessions enjoyable. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I'll be back for another winter strength plan.

Fantastic experience: When I was at my lowest ebb and struggling with my weight I discovered Body Ethics.. From the start the staff at Body Ethics have been amazing they have guided me through my personal goals and praised all my achievements., small group personal training has the advantage of motivating you from your peers and the coach. In a group, there is often more energy and maybe even some healthy competitiveness. Human nature dictates that you are more inclined to put out an all-out effort if the person sitting next to you is. Members are coached by their trainer individually and support is given throughout the whole session to make sure perfect form and appropriate weights are being used for the given exercises.! if I could give 10 stars would

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Body Ethics since May 2021and prior to 2020 the same gym but Peak Fitness as it was called then. Best gym in Hitchin by a million miles and I should know because I’ve tried them all. Professional staff, superb equipment, ultra clean facilities and above all else a very safe environment in which to exercise. Gyms are vital for mental health and general well being as well as the physical.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best gyms I’ve been to in the area. I feel comfortable here, the equipment is great and the way it’s laid out really helps to make my work outs smoother. The staff are all Lovely and the gym is clean. I recommend trying this place out.

Fantastic experience: Been a member of Body Ethics since its opening, and having tried pretty much every other gym in the area its safe to say I've found my home. Great gym with all the equipment you need, always clean and uncluttered. All the staff are top people, super friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help and give advice/assistance. Great job by Shane and his excellent team on building this place up and setting the industry standard!
