Fantastic experience: Great small friendly ladies only gym using resistance machines in a circuit for 30 minutes. Suitable for all ages too. Very good for keeping fit and toning. The classes are my favourite as I work harder and are great fun. There’s a lot offered at this gym such as zumba and Pilates classes too.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym- it’s small friendly and fun. You can join in with classes or just complete circuits at whatever fitness level suits you and its women only! I’ve been going for 6 years and feel so much fitter and stronger as a result.
