Fantastic experience: Laura's weight lifting classes for women are THE BEST! Her classes are the most fun you can have exercising and this is because Laura is inclusive, unshakably positive and good fun herself. I like being strong now. It has given me body confidence, gotten rid of persistent injuries and feels good that I am protecting my future health now I am in my 50s.

Fantastic experience: Laura is a truly brilliant coach. She makes us all feel welcome and confident regardless of experience and strength. Her classes have a modern style to weight lifting which is both effective and fun and each session is a little bit different whilst still maintaining opportunity to see progression! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel good, become stronger and widen their social circle too!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a women's weight class that's enjoyable, friendly and supportive, look no further! Laura makes sure that these classes are suitable for all abilities, and everyone is made welcome. She makes sure we progress at our own rate, and the group members all encourage each other. I joined to improve my strength (which is getting steadily better), but I stay for the fun! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Laura is incredible! She's created a proper group of empowered women, there is no talk fo fad dieting, or pressure to come ad give 100% every single time, these classes are built around learning proper formand empowering yourself to sue these skills elsewhere too!

Fantastic experience: Had my second weight training session this morning with Laura and the girls,really enjoyed it,the girls are all so welcoming and friendly,and Laura was really encouraging,feeling so much better for going out and doing something positive,thank you all ❤️

Fantastic experience: Laura is a fantastic trainer. Her classes are fun and varied. Her knowledge and passion comes across in all of her communications. She encourages you to improve fitness and conditioning in each class whilst keeping you safe. Highly recommend Laura as PT and the classes she runs!

Fantastic experience: I started with Laura after going to her group classes during lockdown, had my 2nd baby and felt quite down about my body but since working with her for 4 months I feel great! She's really supportive during the sessions as well as outside of sessions with nutrition, extra workouts, and check ins. Laura is really knowledgeable but also really personable and fun to work with, I feel and look so much stronger now and have learnt a lot. This is one of the best things I have done for myself and my body and would recommend Laura to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Swan is a fantastic PT!! I can’t sing her praises enough. The workouts are perfectly designed to suit me and help me get to my desired results. I’ve seen such a change in my body and I couldn’t be happier!! She is also such a lovely, funny person so each workout is fun! (She also has great music taste!!).

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Laura at LTL for over a year and enjoyed it so much I started personal training with her in August. Laura is a force of positive energy that keeps you motivated and working hard, I've made so much progress and am lifting heavier weights in the gym than I ever could have achieved on my own. She is encouraging, patient, and always pushes your progress forward whilst also encouraging rest and healthy habits outside of the gym too. I really recommend personal training with Laura to help achieve your fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: I have been a ‘gym goer’ on and off for over 10 years. However, since starting my journey with Laura a year ago, it is without a doubt the biggest change and most progression I’ve ever made. Even though my goals were based around physical change I also now understand how to use food as fuel more efficiently plus I now consistently have so much more energy. Laura has not just helped me surpass my physical goals, but has improved my mentality during a time that has been mentally and emotionally challenging for all of us. I cannot recommend her enough, not only is she a fantastic PT with excellent nutritional knowledge, but a genuine, warm human that will make you feel very comfortable very quickly. Fair to say a year on and my journey with Strong with Swan has not ended! Thank you Laura for helping me feel stronger, physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: I am now 10 months into training with Laura and I can honestly say that it is one of the best decisions I have ever made for my personal health and wellbeing. Laura is laser focused on helping me achieve my goals whilst always maintaining a sense of fun and positivity during my sessions. I have learned so much from working with Laura, such as ensuring that my nutritional intake is closely aligned with the needs of my training programme.
