Our friendly studio is based in the centre of Newport on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Running since 2016, we offer a range of group classes, private sessions and workshops. We also offer private sessions in comprehensive Pilates including reformer, tower, ladder barrel, chair and spine corrector. Fantastic experience: Sarah is an elite reformer pilates teacher. She was able to pinpoint my weaknesses immediately and give me exercises and adjustments to bring immediate relief to aches and pains as well as long term advice to address my underlying issues. Newport is lucky to have her and @thestudio - especially with such small class sizes.
