Fantastic experience: Really friendly gym, new equipment regularly added to keep things interesting. Since joining bmv two months ago I’ve lost 7kg, gained muscle mass, improved my bone and cellular profiles (really important for females in their 50’s) I’m loving seeing real results from 4 sessions per week, James the owner is always around and happily helps with routines and correct form, thank you James for all your help,

Fantastic experience: When I went to the gym I was shocked at what a friendly welcoming environment it was. There was so pressure and it was so chilled . The people there were lovely and help is there when you need it. Never super busy at any hour that you go and all the equipment is easy to use. I really recommend going .

Fantastic experience: Don't want everyone finding out how good this place is! This is a fantastic little gym and I really enjoy working out there. I am also seeing visible results! My previous gyms have had staff who have either been too intrusive or couldn't have cared less, but James offers the right level of support just when you need it, and is always happy to advise or just to have a chat. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this place enough! A total mix of ages, and abilities, BMV H&F is a friendly place that is run by a really great guy. You don’t ever feel intimidated walking in and if you need help there’s always someone on hand. James is fantastic, very supportive and understanding. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Fantastic experience: Great little gym! Me and my partner join late May and I was nervous and excited all at the same time. James welcomed us with open arms and was very professional made me feel comfortable while I was there. We had some programs made up for us and now it's like I. In competition with my self. Trying to beat my PB. Overall fantastic gym, good facilities, lockers included.

Fantastic experience: The gym provides all the facilities I need and working within the present restrictions it is always clean, sanitised and has plenty of cleaning materials. James is always friendly and welcoming and I have never found the gym to be crowded or untidy. Members have been good in putting weights away and ensuring that everything looks inviting and safe. Well done James and family and do keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Nice Friendly Gym, I'm quiet self conscious, not a normal gym goer. Sometimes I'm naughty and just go for a FREE massage, nice and private room too for a massage and can let go of the world while relieving workout pain too.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, flexible membership with no contract, nice mix of equipment and I really like the free massages and use this facility regularly. A nice touch & included in the membership.

Fantastic experience: Used BMV Health and fitness whilst on a business trip recently. The gym was really well equipped with everything I needed for a complete workout. The staff were excellent, always on hand and provided some invaluable advice on my own set exercises plus created a few new ones to add. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Fantastic experience: What a gem of a place. I attended free trial, and was met by Emily who asked what I wanted to get from the club. After some early questions, I got taken around, and shown good quality equipment, but also what my levels of fitness were! It was full of people of all ages, shapes and sizes and quite personal. She booked me back for a 2nd trial, where I had a personalised program, was taken through how to set up machines and given advice. It was just as basic as I needed it. Friendly staff, members seem friendly and it did not seem like a crazy busy environment. Try it.
