Fantastic experience: A brilliant and friendly gym for all ages. Everyone is made to feel welcome and the coaches are excellent. We are proof the varied workouts are suitable for ages. My 17 year old daughter has been having PT sessions with Ryan for over 3 years . Her strength, fitness but most of all, confidence have improved immensely. I am one of the older members and thoroughly enjoy the varied workouts which can all be scaled . Thank you Ryan, Scott, Kayla ,Tom and Rachel

CFH is simply the best out there, incredible coaches and members, the community spirit is like no other, the support you get from everyone drives you to be better, no matter how you’re feeling going into a class, you’re guaranteed to leave with a massive smile on your face. My wife and I have been member’s for 6 years and simply love this place.

Fantastic experience: Having done other type of training, I can say that CrossFit Harrogate is one of the best. All the coaches are very supportive and knowledgeable. The community is amazing and very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Having had a number of previous gym memberships and personal training programs can safely say that this place is the best out there. Challenging and varied workouts delivered in a safe and professional manner, no 2 sessions are the same and with the support of other members and the coaches it’s a great place improve your all round fitness and strength.
