Founded in 2015 we've been specialising in health and fitness for almost 10 years. You can trust that we know our stuff when it comes to your fitness! We specialise in providing exceptionally high quality coaching to small groups, no matter what your goal is, we'll help you achieve it.
We’re really proud of the space we’ve created since moving to our new premises in 2020, from the cosy coffee area, showers and changing facilities to all the new equipment we regularly invest in.
We have a membership cap to always ensure that we’re providing the best service for you, if we're full you can join our waitlist and we'll be in touch if a membership space becomes available.
We're confident you'll love it here so all our memberships are non contract meaning you can easily cancel online 10 days before your next billing date.

Fantastic experience: Fierce spirit what can we say, from coaching to the community there an amazing bunch of people. From day 1 everyone was brilliant with me. The mental health charity bridging the gap that runs alongside the box is brilliant aswell. I could say so many good things about this business but I'd be going on for days. There ace guys if you want to get into crossfit and you're in Cheshire this is most certainly the box you want to be attending.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely worth going. Great friendly atmosphere, friendly competition but certainly not a competitive feeling about it. Smile through the pain! Coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk too.
Fantastic experience: Awesome place!!! - feel 10 years younger!!!!... the coaches are brilliant, all abilities are catered for, there's no mirrors and it has a real community spirit... Give it a go!!!!
