Fantastic experience: Joining New Horizons was by far the best decision! Welcomed by amazing coaches and people who have become fantastic friends since becoming a member. Every week is filled with a variety of workouts to help you get stronger and fitter, a great encouraging community and lots of laughter. The NHC is like one big family, I look forward to every session and I couldn’t recommend it more!!

Great coaches, who take genuine care of the members and adjust/tailor workouts as needed. Amazingly friendly community, who welcome newcomers with smiles and encouragement, even at 6AM. You'll receive exceptional support from the coach and will see improvement in various disciplines such as gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, cardio, as well as mobility, coordination, and strength. Whether you’re a seasoned crossfitter or brand new to the sport this is the place for you - one of the most welcoming environments I’ve ever trained in. Fantastic experience: Dave has been great at introducing me into CrossFit. He pays close attention what you’re doing and always suggests very useful corrections/improvements. Instructing moves that are new to me has always been clear and broken down into easily digestible snippets. Dave’s demeanour during WODs isn’t over-the-top, which I appreciate. I’d describe it as ‘gentle encouragement’, which I much prefer to some of the American lunatics I see on social media! The box itself is brand spanking new. Fairly small (a double-fronted shop size) and REALLY well equipped. The only exception being the lack of space for treadmills, which means you can expect some bracing outdoor runs in the winter! Being small is a real positive because there can only ever be 8 people max in a class. Importantly, after doing the trial period Dave wasn’t overly pushy to sign me up, which I probably would have pushed back against if he had been. He just asked for feedback on how things were going and I was really happy and so I joined up.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the varied workouts, the different coach styles, and the culture of the box is really friendly. It's only been open for a year, but there are regular social events too, and I've made some really good friends here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve being doing CrossFit for about a year and had to find a new box as my previous one burnt down. I can thoroughly recommend New Horizon. Dave is a great coach, I’ve really enjoyed the workouts and everyone I’ve trained with has been friendly and supportive.
