Fantastic experience: This is a great gym to be a member of. The team are so friendly and welcoming, including the owner Martin and the PTs Jon and Ryan. 24 hour access, good facilities and easy parking. Another added bonus is that they’re always upgrading equipment. Best gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to shape changers for 3 years now. I remember when I first joined I was made to feel very welcome, Martin (the owner) took the time to show me around, go through some of the machines and basic rules and regulations, he made me feel very welcome at the gym. Over the 3 years I've been a member I've seen many improvements and enhancements, I can honestly say every penny of membership goes back into the gym and it shows, be it new equipment to replacement cables only days after breaking. The latest improvement was the floor, and shower facilities. The floor now holds a great cardio section for those who aren't big on weights with the same style and "vibe" as the weight rooms as to not seperate the two. The shower facilities work flawlessly too, and at 50p for 20 minutes I think it's cheaper than your shower at home. The reception area is always stocked full of supplements, proteins and powders for your gym needs and there is even a turnstall full of measured protein and preworkout pots. The gym is definitely in my opinion the best in the area and is excellent value for money. All the staff know exactly what they're talking about and they are happy to provide help in anyway shape and form (pun intended). Classes ran by the members run often for those who are just starting out or who have been coming for years alike. The members also make the gym such a wonderful environment, many people are intimidated coming into a gym full of people and starting fresh but all the members are so welcoming and are happy to help. Shape changers is more than just a gym to me and for many people, it's a place I feel comfortable and where everyone is equal. If you're looking for a place to get fit in Barton or surrounding areas shape changers is 100% the place to be.

The atmosphere is fantastic and makes going to gym very enjoyable .. the best gym in barton by a long way

Fantastic experience: This gym is all about heavy weights, top solid equipment and a great atmosphere! I use both Shape Changers Barton & Brigg on a regular basis and my workouts are on point every time! I'm an experienced lifter but this place is also great for new comers as everyone is friendly and helpful. Not to mention they have fat blasting, heart raising boot camps and the option to have 1 on 1 personal training if you're struggling to push yourself. Quality people, quality equipment and all in all a quality gym! (That goes for both gyms as well!) :-)

Also personal training and diet plans at a very reasonable cost. All round affordable welcoming with fantastic results. Also a wide range of clothing proteins and pre workouts at an affordable prose. Fantastic experience: Excellent Gym, for anyone who's looking at lifting weights then this is the place to be. From Powerlifting, to bodybuilding it covers everything. They now have a personal trainer offering both 1-1 training and also group training Highly recommended
