The 360 Gym

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! Caroline and Andy have made me feel so comfortable here. Especially after being to several well known gym franchises, where you don’t get that personal experience. In 2023, I took some time off from the gym as I was bored with the same routine and struggled to push myself. Until my partner suggested we join this local, private gym - The 360 Gym. The friendly atmosphere makes it easy to get up and go exercise. The classes are really convenient as they fit with my 9-5 job and social life. I have all the equipment I need, including workout plans for different levels, and the gym is in a great location. I am so glad we joined this gym and we have never looked back!

Fantastic experience: I've never been a fan of gyms & gym culture and always chosen other ways to keep fit. However, after hitting 30 those other ways just weren't cutting it anymore. My sister recommended I come along to a class with her at The 360 Gym and I'm so glad I reluctantly agreed! It's such a welcoming, encouraging place with a great vibe, great people and all the kit you need! Caroline and Andy have done a top job of ensuring that and they're always keeping everyone's spirits up during classes. If you're looking for a gym that keeps it light hearted but is also super encouraging then this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: I'm 360 gymming at a distance from London and am getting back into training after a long break. Challenging? Definitely. But it feels like Andy and Caroline are right there with me with training schedules, weekly catchups and they're always there to answer my many questions! So far, so good....

Fantastic experience: Where to start? Andy and Caroline are the best coaches! They are always there to help and nothing is ever to much trouble. They have helped built my confidence, after 18months off the gym. The gym they have created is a safe space where you can train with no judgment. I would normally dread going to the gym myself but don’t even think twice about it now. The classes they offer are brilliant and you get so much more for your money! Can’t recommend the 360 gym enough! It’s amazing and so are the owners!

Fantastic experience: I've been training at 360 since the day it opened and my experience so far has been incredible! The gym itself has a great selection of great quality equipment, it's laid out well, is clean, and always has great tunes on the go to motivate your workouts. What makes the gym really special though are the people... everyone I've met there has been so friendly and welcoming and Caroline and Andy are two of the best coaches you could ever have. They seem to always go out of their way to help people and are extremely passionate, knowledgable, understanding and motivating. It's hands down the best gym I've ever been a member of and I can't recommend it highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Have trained with 360 from the second it opened. You couldn't find nicer coaches who genuinely care and want to make you feel at ease. Great gym, friendly atmosphere, 90s music on request. Andy and Caroline are always creating new weekly workouts to keep all members on there toes. This also helps with growing your knowledge on different exercises and using the gym equipment. 10/10 :)

Fantastic experience: This gym is nothing short of amazing! Andy & Caroline go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. They encourage feedback and are happy to take on board any suggestions. They really do listen to everything you have to say and will give you advice and feedback if it's needed. In such a short space of time they have created such a great community and I couldn't be happier being part of it. As far as gyms go this is the one to be in!

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a gym that has felt so welcoming. Pair that with the wonderful kit that is always clean and in great condition and you have a winner! Knowing that you always have people with such great knowledge on hand to help you if you should need it is always a comfort. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 360 Gym would all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: 360 gym isn’t only a gym but a community of people with similar intention, the coaches Caroline and Andy are professional, personable and genuinely interested in your success. The gym itself is spacious, well equipped and private allowing you to experiment with exercises you might not feel confident with in a commercial gym. I’d highly recommend 360 to anyone looking to start, improve or build on their fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: A very welcoming Gym with tonnes of support! Andy & Caroline both so helpful and supportive! Great workouts with PT and very well equipped gym with lots to do! I'm currently building my confidence using weights and machines and this is definitely the best place for me to do it
