Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym. Stayed in Powfoot for a week and used this gym during my stay. Grant sorted us out access straight away and made us feel at home. The eqipment is second to none for strength based training. Can't reccomend enough if you're in the area and want to get a good session in.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym right from the very start in 2009 and I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else. From the start where there was only a weight bench, bar and few weights in a very small room to what it is now is a testament to how much hard work and dedication Grant has put in over the years. The gym has everything you could possibly ask for, from multiple squat racks, many barbells, DB’s, battle ropes, sleds and is always kept immaculately clean ( Grants OCD in cleaning)! Without doubt the best gym in the region!
