I joined Sept 2020 and I've been going ever since and will continue to go to. With his advice, support and enthusiasm for what he does, he has encouraged me to go from couch to 5k, 10k to 10 miles. He looks at your circumstances and helps to fit it into your life and what you want from it. It's not just about being fit and healthy in your body, it's in your mind as well.
