Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client of Jon Bell Fitness for many years and only have positive things to say of my training. Jon is a very experienced personal trainer and adapts his training regime to cater for your individual needs, be that building muscle, losing weight, recovery from injury or training for a specific event/purpose. Jon’s method is to maximise the impact of your training within the agreed sessions; preferring quality over quantity and training smart. This is all done in a friendly safe environment. Jon has also offered great advice on combining training with recovery and diet. I can thoroughly recommend Jon’s friendly approach both for one to one training and the more cost effective classes (of 2 or 3). He has certainly had a positive impact on my fitness and is a firm part of my regular routine
