Fantastic experience: I heard a radio presenter using a term about some listeners phone calls "hard of thinking". Well for the marvelous Vim gym the term "hard of movement" describes precisely the people who will benefit from this brainwave invention of a gym. Tom and all his team including physiotherapists are excellent and mighty professional and inspirational. A term used with me in the photos is up there too - deweighting

Fantastic experience: My partner, Alasdair had a stroke last year and lost the movement and feeling on his left side. We have been coming to the Vim gym and for one to one physio treatment for the last few months and have noticed a fantastic improvement in his strength and mobility. The state of the art equipment is invaluable for rehab work and can be tailored for differing needs. The building and space is lovely, clean and bright and airy with easily accessible parking. The expert staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable, professional and incredibly supportive. Vim Healthcare has helped us so much and has really made a difference to Alasdair’s ongoing recovery., we are very grateful to you all.

Fantastic experience: Tom and the Team at VIM health are a bunch of loving, knowledgeable and understanding team of practitioners that with their combine knowledge are making rehab fun. as well as making it fun there is the Gym and the rehab section that can be funded by a bursary system so that it is accessible to everyone that needs help We have been coming to them for just over a year and the improvements. I have seen myself drastic. The NHS has failed me But VIM have helped me find a new sustainable and achievable goals to help me physically and mentally I can’t recommend them enough once you’ve had a walk-through with Tom the owner you will feel the same warmth that I have felt every time I’ve gone in there and the respect and dignity will always be given to you.

He is very knowledgeable friendly and down to earth. His Manager Sadie was equally brilliant! and the whole visit was amazing. I can't wait to book regular visits.

Fantastic experience: Amazing facilities and a great team. There is so little out there to help people with neurological problems, so I was really excited to learn about VIM. Having MS, I struggle to walk two metres but, with the help of specialised machines, I've clocked up two kilometres!

Fantastic experience: Excellent place with very good facilities, machines to help you. The care is extraordinary, they are all attentive therapists and they are a kind helpful bunch and my treatment has been very thorough so far. I do recommend wholeheartedly .

Fantastic experience: Since my accident I didn’t think I’d ever walk again and when I met Tom I wasn’t too confident about pushing my body because of my injuries, however that all changed; I met everyone and they were all so nice to me and welcomed me in. Since being at Vim I’ve managed to not be dependent on my wheelchair and seen so much improvement in my physical health and I can’t thank you all enough.

Fantastic experience: Going in to VIM healthcare was like a breath of fresh air. A really modern and calming environment which manages to feel really dynamic too. The staff are brilliant - really friendly and knowledgeable. I think the biggest thing I came away with though was a sense of hope and empowerment. I live with a neurological condition and the pandemic saw me lose function and motivation. With a thorough assessment from Bex I was given advice and signposting on to exercise opportunities where I live (London), and online resources, to tentative plans for block of rehab later in the year. I only wish I lived closer as it is a genuinely inclusive space with equipment to match. Massive well done to Tom and the team. I’m already lobbying for a London branch!

Fantastic experience: Had an incredible experience at my VIM assessment, which felt like the first time in my spinal cord injury 'journey' that I had been properly physically assessed. Tom was knowledgable, supportive and warm and made me feel really positive about safely rebuilding a relationship with movement and exercise, and about the future more generally.

It’s able to give people The lifeline and skills to be able To live as independently as they can. They have a fast amount of knowledge and equipment for all needs. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Hi, I came joined vim in April. Words to describe this other than Amazing. The equipment, the help, all of them Sophie, Becs, Tom, Sadies all them amazing! When we worked on my hand and my leg haven’t then round help. I can’t say anything more that really helped.

Fantastic experience: I discovered VIM on Instagram, then decided to book a visit just to look around and since I’ve been to VIM once a week for 3 hours. Amazing equipment, great atmosphere, excellent staff members. I am always looking energetic to walk through the door and leaving exhausted and happy with the achievements.

Fantastic experience: This place is incredible. Lots of parking and a level entrance for easy access. Tom the physio is amazing and clearly knows his stuff. I was there for a 2 hour induction and it was incredibly thorough. Afterwards I was shown the gym (accessible via a lift), it has a lot of really impressive equipment and you can go along and use without seeing the physio. By the time I’d got home I had been sent info for an app to download, this app contained exercises tailored to me specifically, to enable me to work at home, this was included in the price… bargain! I cannot recommend VIM and Tom and the team enough, I left feeling enthusiastic and hopeful! You really need to check VIM out!!!

Fantastic experience: I did some intensive rehab and loved it! You can tell a lot of thought has gone in to setting up the facility for people with health conditions (and wheelchair users!). All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and had the expertise to help me learn the skills I needed to reach my goals and become more independent. I love the emphasis on the gym and how it is designed to work alongside the more clinical aspect for a more wholistic approach to health.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a place. Finally a rehab facility with the very best equipment, is well designed and looks great. Excellent staff and Therapists. Caters for any Neuro condition from Spinal Cord Injury to Stroke and MS. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: The day after our first visit to Vim, My father in law Karam sat up straight in his chair with arms crossed showing strength. Standing up and sitting down was made with ease. His walk less stooped. There was no sign of stress on his brow, his face calm. No bags under his eyes, his mind clear. Hard to believe that all of the above was achieved in one session. It has given us a tremendous uplift. The Physiotherapist showed utmost competence and professionalism. Karam happily responded to her instructions. On leaving, your warm words of encouragement to him was greatly appreciated. We were greeted and accompanied on arrival by Sadie. Walking into Vim was certainly an experience. Peaceful and welcoming. Every area of the space has been creatively planned with thought to perfection. Karam expressed to me that he felt light hearted while waiting for his assessment. Every success is very well deserved. Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility with excellent friendly and engaging staff. I’m recovering from a stroke with numerous complications and my relationship with Vim is in in its infancy, but I’ve been overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness that has gone into the set-up: state of the art mechanical equipment alongside regular gym equipment in a very pleasant setting. My personal circumstances have been given a huge amount of concentration and attention. I’m eagerly looking forward to continuing my rehabilitation in conjunction with Vim and recommend to anyone for whom their services may be appropriate. A marvellous resource!
