The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, kind and caring, they care about the clients and are passionate about what they do. The classes push your limits, are varied and tough. Fantastic experience: The best gym in the area! Fantastic easy going atmosphere, great coaches who are more than happy to help you, friendly staff, great coffee and cafe is really nice! Lots on offer, loads of classes available, nail bar, barber, massage therapist, chiropractor there too. Can't fault it.

Very friendly and qualified instructors…. plenty of coach classes including Zumba, yoga, boxing, MMA, Spin, Circuit, weightlifting full body workout etc…. Well equipped…. Spotless in clean…. Food corner with healthy meal…. Absolutely it’s my Dream Gym…. Highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: Great new gym just joined full of equipment and the CrossFit and boxing facilities are a big reason for joining, cafe is nice and they’re own brand coffee is one of the nicest coffees Iv ever had.cheaper then my last gym with double the equipment really happy with my move to mindset.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant classes! excellent instructor! my new happy place! The gym also offers perfect and tasty meals to go alongside your training. They are also very family oriented and friendly, they offer children's classes alongside the adult classes which is perfect for people with families who want to train.

Fantastic experience: I don't like gyms and I've never been a member of a gym in 17 years of working out. However in training for an event I needed to try and get involved with some more intense cardio and strength exercises. My mate was a member so I came along and Mindset dispelled all my fears and preconceptions I'd had for the last 17 years. The staff are friendly, the gym is welcoming and the variety of classes offered is excellent. The classes are different each week and every member I've met had been friendly and supportive. I'd highly recommend mindset if your a first timer, experienced or need to get a fresh look at your fitness. Thanks for welcoming me.

Fantastic experience: What a Fantastic facility, and a great team running it! So much more than a traditional gym..... there is plenty of free weights and racks available to use aswell Functional fitness gear to keep you in top condition. Also such a diverse range of classes available to suit all fitness levels and even kids classes available do mum or dad can work out at the same time. Great relaxing cafe area to stop and chat before or after workouts (or even pop in for coffee and cake)and everyone is friendly and supportive of each other here which makes it a positive place to go and train!!

Fantastic experience: We have both Just started at this Great local New Gym.the team there really get you working hard and get the sweat on, . It makes you feel great. Wife enjoying the classes and meeting like minded ladies and keeping fitin a safe environment . The cafe is great to pop into after gym also.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome facility with plenty of classes! I love the fact this place not only focuses on physical health but a healthy mind also! I particular love the chill out area where they serve great coffee and healthy food and everyone talks to one another! It’s not a basic gym! Highly recommend
