Fantastic experience: I just finished one of my 3 trial classes,15mins back. I had extremely wonderful session. Exercise lasted 35 minutes and was challenging. As it was my first day, trainer advised me to go slowly while also encouraging me to push myself. Folks are very supportive and friendly. awaiting membership with excitement.
