Fantastic experience: I started Lisa's class a year ago after about ten years of not doing yoga. I really enjoy her classes, which are a good mix of movements/poses, and can feel the difference it makes to both my physical and mental health.

Fantastic experience: I started Lisa's classes earlier this year and am addicted. Lisa is a really good teacher and a lovely friendly person which immediately puts you at ease. She explains things thoroughly always giving options. I really enjoy the classes as they are never the same and she mixes them up from time to time with weights which I really enjoy. We have also done classes outside which again I really enjoy. I wound 100% recommend anybody to Lisa's classes.
