Fantastic experience: All of the instructors I've had sessions with have clearly been truly expert and deeply knowledgable. I've had sessions in the Parsons Green studio which definitely made a difference to my fitness and body tone, and I've been very appreciative of the online classes since lockdown began. Hollie is a brilliant instructor and no matter how many classes you do she always manages to change it up so it doesn't become routine. For me, Pilates PT has been a great find, especially as I'm often not in London but can still train online - and the online booking process is also great when you're busy and have to find a way to squeeze in some classes.

Fantastic experience: I love Hollie! I've followed her on Instagram a long time. She has immense knowledge about pilates, the muscles involved, how to train for everyday life (building strength to handle a toddler for example) . You know, the whole package? It's really important to me to choose a trainer/PT that has good values (a healthy take on life in general and working out specifically). Plus, being so educated in her field! Her work outs give me sore muscles and a happy heart, what else can you ask for?

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the team at Pilates PT weekly for coming up to a year now, and it's one of the best decisions I have ever made. The trainers are absolutely lovely and super knowledgeable. If anything, it is like working out with one of your closest friends and biggest fans. The sessions have completely transformed my view of my body and what it is capable of - I feel so much better and smarter about my every day movement as well. Having spent several years taking group classes at studios across London, I can safely say training with Hollie and team is worth every penny - I no longer get injured and look forward to my sessions every week - an amazing way to de-stress and become stronger and happier :)

Fantastic experience: I started going to PilatesPT for reformer pilates following a back injury. I had planned to go once a week for a couple of months however, it’s now nearly 18 months later and I go religiously twice a week for PilatesPT sessions, including a session on my birthday. If anyone had said I would actively choose to exercise on my birthday two years ago I would have laughed in their face. That is testament to how great it is. I see two of the trainers regularly but have had sessions with most of the trainers and they are all brilliant. They are knowledgeable without being condescending or patronising and push you to test your fitness boundaries just enough to have you coming back week after week for more. The whole experience is truly fantastic, my physical health has improved leaps and bounds with no re-occurrence of my back issues (which repeatedly happened with other forms of exercise/classes). I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Hollie for nearly a year now and she is an excellent PT. The sessions go by quickly as Hollie is very good at keeping things moving, so there is no time to get bored! Hollie is also excellent at tailoring the exercises to specific needs and taking into account any injuries. The studio is immaculate and a very stylish space. Hollie's approach to exercise and lifestyle is to help you to be strong and to feel good first and foremost - a refreshingly sensible and realistic attitude in today's all too faddish health industry...Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a session with Vanessa on the reformer and I was able to perform a comprehensive series of exercises specific to my goals and my abilities. I hadn't done any challenging exercises for a while and I have complex health issues which needed to be considered. The location was easy to find and the studio was immaculate when I walked in. The service I received was exceptional and I felt I gained a lot from the session. It is well worth the money. I had not used the reformer before but Vanessa was very accommodating to my specific needs and as the session went on I began to feel very confident with the exercises thanks to her expert guidance and explanations of how it should feel, with careful attention given to body position using visual cues. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt it was appropriate in this instance. I have had pilates sessions before from other organisations but this is by far the best place I have been to. I will definitely continue and book again. I could feel that I had a good workout after the session. Looking forward to getting stronger and more mobile as I progress.

Fantastic experience: I've had about 35 sessions with Pilates PT and cannot recommend it more highly if you'd like to get thinner, fitter and stronger, generally feel much better and see evidence of abdominal muscles emerging from your chubby gut for the first time ever.

Fantastic experience: Hollie was extremely welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable in what I was being asked to do. After just one appointment I felt I had already gained a wealth of knowledge about my own body as well as a starting point for where I should place my focus in order to reach my fitness goals. Because of 'The Model Method' I am now incredibly motivated to keep working on these goals - especially after experiencing Reformer Pilates and HIIT! Although the sessions offered at Pilates PT are, for me, rather expensive they are definitely worth the money and I will continue to go as much as I can :)
Fantastic experience: If I one day found myself becoming a personal trainer, this would be the studio I'd want. And as someone being trained, this is THE ideal studio to train in. It's pretty, neat, cosy, professional and private. It makes me feel like I'm working out in this ladies beautiful living room. Hollie makes each of her clients wear a heart monitor and constantly checks to make sure you are working at your maximum. At the end of the classes she can see how high your heart rate was, the average and also how many calories were burnt during the session. She focuses on high intensity cardio bursts followed by active recovery strengthening exercises to tone you and assure you don't lose, but build muscle. Each day there are a set of exercises that you must complete. You also get given an option of one of 4 challenges that you have attempted before to try and beat your personal record. It is realised that your fitness here is a challenge against no one else but you. Hollie is amazing. She is inspirational, a great motivator, patient and a understander of who you are, your issues and where you want to be. She is so much more than a trainer. And with her long list of renowned clients, its easy to see how her schedule is always jam packed. As someone who hates cardio, the sessions go surprisingly fast. You are always moving and there is no time to realise how tired you are when you are constantly bouncing from activity to activity. Dare I say she has found a way to make it fun! Wearing the heart rate monitor is also a huge motivator as there is no cheating yourself. If you want to get into shape, this is the place to go. Couldn't recommend it enough. Hollie has the most beautiful soul and it is an absolute pleasure working out under her guidance!
Fantastic experience: Hollie is the nicest and most encouraging PT I have ever come across. The sessions cover a full range of exercises, using different machines, giving you a full workout. The studio is a really lovely place to workout, and with each session always being different, it never gets boring. You feel great after a session as you know you've been challenged, and having the benchmarks is such a great way to see how your fitness levels are improving. I couldn't recommend Hollie and her studio enough.
Fantastic experience: I've been going to see the ladies at Pilates PT since January 2015, and as a complete newbie to fitness, working out with a personal trainer was a daunting thought to say the least! However from day one, Hollie has been the nicest, friendliest, most welcoming person I could have hoped to meet! She has guided me from being an unhappy, unfit, over weight couch potato to someone who is the fittest they've ever been, loves exercise, and genuinely looks forward to my sessions. No matter how I feel when I walk in the studio, by the time I leave, I have a spring in my step and a smile on my face. She and the other trainers at Pilates PT (so far I've trained with Vanessa, Ami, Nadine and Lucy as well as Hollie) and all are amazing at what they do: warm and approachable, super encouraging, motivating, and get results that you wouldn't think were possible! They are all so passionate and enthusiastic about living well, eating properly and exercising for physical and mental health- it's obvious they practice what they preach! I have never met so many happy, fun, kind, inspirational and fit, strong women! The Pilates PT ladies are amazing at making you feel individual. They take time to get to know you, happily tailor any workout around any niggles or injuries, do their best to fit in with your schedule and create fun workouts that are constantly pushing you harder and further every time you go! They all genuinely care about you as a person- you're not just another client to be ticked off a list or given a one size fits all exercise program! The studio is everything you'd expect: light, airy with none of that chain gym sweaty, grubby atmosphere (there are always fresh flowers, free snacks and a lovely clean smell!) The equipment is as good as can be too: TRX, Pilates reformer, treadmills, weights, punch bag and Swiss balls as well as a large floor area to do any cardio and plyometrics. I can't recommend Hollie enough- she really is the nicest PT I could have hoped for and like to think that we've become friends, not just client/PT. If you're thinking of signing up for Personal Training, give Pilates PT a try- it will not disappoint!
Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Hollie and the rest of the team at the PilatesPT highly enough. The studios are very elegantly designed as well as being well laid out for the hard work you're about to put in....brilliant small touches have been carefully thought about, from the toiletries in the bathroom to the almond butter sachets for after your workout! Hollie is a great motivator- very clear in all her explanations (even for those not so well coordinated like me!!), friendly, and she has an amazing ability to make you work really hard but not really notice you're doing it at the time. She specifically target areas you would like to fix through a great combination of HIIT moves and Pilates exercises. I've seen such a change in my strength and my body shape since I started going to PilatesPT. Hollie uses a heart rate monitor in the sessions, so you can see how hard you've worked every time, but also keeps a close eye on fitness progress as well as body shape which is great for me :) Hollie and team have recently started an online programme too which means you can enjoy more of the same in the comfort of home, which I'm looking forward to trying.
